Very pleased with Dave at Sleep Number in Henderson, Nevada. Our shopping experience was great. This is our second Sleep Number mattress and love it. The experience was great and delivery was perfect. communication was great from the delivery drivers. Excellent service!

I need to replace our split king mattresses. I have 4 friends who love their sleep number beds and I have slept in one while visiting. It was heaven. My back did not hurt and I slept soundly. Sooooo....although my husband protested going there, we went. I chose a mattress. Then my husband laid on it and was totally smitten. He said he also wanted it. I was shocked! We bought them, delivery is 2 weeks out. Dave Libby was the sleep expert who helped us. He listened and made suggestions....no hard selling tactics. Guess he knew that we would love these beds and he was right. Thanks Dave! Will post pics when we get them

Dave was accommodating and knowledgeable about beds, pillows, and bedding. It was a personable experience. Dave made me feel part of the Sleep Number family. I will be buying my next mattress with Dave at the Sleep Number store in Henderson. :>)

Very professional staff who are very good at their craft. Install went well and they spent as as much time as required to teach how to use the app and remote. Answered every question and explained everything.

I can’t remember the names of the two reps that delivered our Sleep Number bed but they were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and explained to us on how the sleep number function . So appreciative for both reps. Thank you !

Best shopping experience ever! Don, the Store Manager, was great! He came to my house to assess my sleep needs, kept me informed of my delivery, and was extremely personable and caring! I hated my previous Tempurpedic and Craftmatic beds, so I was very happy to find Sleep Number! The store is nicely set up and the employees were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Sleep Number!!

Being able to try each bed and level of comfort was invaluable. The best part was when Alicia did the pressure mapping and confirming that my husband needs a more firm mattress than I do. We can’t get what our bodies need from traditional mattresses. No wonder I toss and turn!
