Terrible customer service. 5-7 employees walking around.
Only one employee checking out the whole store.
Make it make sense.
They will however check out other employees (their co-workers) on the side while customers wait.

Great place to shop if you're cooking above your average meal sizes. They've got a lot of items that make up sizing recipes a little easier than going to the normal grocery store and buying triple or double of what you usually get.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Store is clean and aisles are plainly marked. Nothing has changed except prices are all up.

DO NOT USE THE DELIVERY OPTION. I made a purchase for my school awards ceremony and paid $9.99 to have it delivered to my school. The delivery driver did not have my complete order and did not have a receipt. Sam at the S&F location in Henderson NV informed me that there is absolutely nothing he can do. He cannot give me the missing items because I don't have a receipt. The delivery driver from Instacart said he was not given a receipt. So, I am stuck with missing items and no receipt to get reimbursed for the items. I completed my entire order through the S&F website, you would think they would take some responsibility.

Nice selection, some unique items not found in traditional grocery stores. Good meat prices. Wide aisles. Large containers of hot sauces etc.

Nice place to shop for certain items. I wish they would start offering Aussie Bites again. We can only find them at CostCo now & parking there, getting in and out of there is a nightmare. It was really nice when we could get Aussie Bites at Smart and Final
