I went to buy some flowers after work for my wife, was around 10:40 pm, and when I was at the flower section, one woman worker was checking me at least 3 times in less than 5 minutes like if I was doing something bad when I was just picking something good and she told me that they where closing in a rude way, so I got mad and prefered to left one medicine that I have in my hand there and leave the place. I am really disappointed, she really needs some training because I felt some racism from her.

This is regarding your Pharmacy; today I had to make the hardest decision of my life in terminating my pregnancy. I had my doctor send over my prescriptions to this location and gave them about 2 hours before popping in, upon arriving I was asked that I give them an additional 15 mins to fill the prescription, no worries I'll grab the supplies I was asked to grab by my doctor. After 20 mins I make my way back around for NANCY to inform me that they don't have one of my prescriptions, when I asked which one instead of using the medical term misoprostol, she as loud as she can and in front of multiple other customers says "THE ABORTION PILL." This is illegal and a direct HIPAA violation.This woman has no idea why I needed to make this harsh decision, not only that but I felt she was critical of it. She then tells me that I need to call around to find the prescription elsewhere, even though she flat out tells my boyfriend that without a referral I can't just go and pick up this medication. So with tears in my eyes I beg her to just help me, I'm at my physical and mental capacity at this point and just want to go home and rest like I've been instructed to do; she then looks at me and with the most sour face says "my lunch is at 1:30, but I GUESS I can help you." Mind you, it's not even 1pm yet; At this point, I'm not understanding what I did wrong, I ask her if she can just have the pharmacist manager assist me to which the manager ignored my request and all I heard come from NANCY was "YEAH SHE WONT WAIT." I've already been waiting 2H30Mins now. Again, I should be home resting. I go and sit off to the side because I can feel my anxiety starting to take over, I'm now having my boyfriend handle everything. She says bluntly "Walgreens has it." She tells my boyfriend that she's going to send the referral/prescription over, as soon as she handed my boyfriend the paper with the address on it she slammed the security gate shut, at this point and time is is now 1:13pmI get back to the car with my supplies and give myself a couple minutes because I couldn't believe what I just went through, I decided to call this Walgreens to confirm they got my prescription, THEY DIDN'T SEND IT OVER! This is something that affects me, not them. Because of this I had to drive all the way back up to my health care provider to have them officially send the prescription over, and because of this, I got stuck in the flash flood and had to pull off multiple times in order not to ruin my engine and endanger myself and family. I also spoke to the General Manager who informed me that she was HIPAA certified, she did try to help me but was adamant that my health care provider was sending a prescription from another state, which apparently Smiths doesn't allow.So which is it? You don't have the prescription OR there was an issue and nobody wanted to explain to me the policy? Either way, I really hope you guys are happy with yourselves and the way you conduct being in the medical field.This is the most mentally embarrassing, and traumatizing situation I've ever experienced.

I understand keeping the OTC medicine separate from the rest of the store, but having a sales clerk re-approach each guest in that area every 30 seconds is aggressive and uncomfortable. The woman working yesterday was interrogating me and one other customer about our medicine needs. I barely had a chance to read labels in between her constantly harassing me to hurry up and choose, and loudly complaining about how bored she is with the last 30 minutes of her shift. If this is the direction the business is going, I will no longer buy OTC medicine here.

I was over @ this Smith's because I ordered food from Cousins Maine Lobster truck that was sitting in their parking lot. I wanted some squash/zucchini & to refill one of my empty H2O judges with their water fill station. I hit up the produce area & the strawberries caught my eye but none of the packages looked good. There was only 1 yellow squash that was all beat up & there was some zucchini and those all looked crappy. They had some in the organic section but I didn't want to pay the extra money for organic. I ran into a worker & had mentioned to him about my findings & he didn't care. Never said he was sorry, gave me a reason why, nada, zip, nothing. I had asked him if they were having a shortage of vegetables & he said "yes." I went to fill my empty galloon water bottle with their water fill station & found that its now .50 cents to fill!! It use to be .35 cents, when did it go up?!?!?!?!?! YIKES!!! I had picked up a package of unshelled pistachios & put it back and jI ust walked out. I was so disappointed in all my findings. The outside of their building is white now, like a bright white...............it doesn't look good & I'm not sure if they did that with all the Smith's or just this location. I'll stick to the Smith's near my house from now on.

Nothing but problems at this place. No one staffed at self checkout. Checker I ended up with unapologetic and rude. Y'all need to get schooled by Albertsons, they do it right on all levels. Green Valley location is terrible never going back. Bag this place. Zero stars

My 1 star refers to only todays event. I am and always will be a satisfied customer at this location. I have family visiting soon and a favorite wine is SONOMA CUTERER CHARDONAY.I paid $29 each for two bottles. I tried to return the bottles this morning but I was told that Smiths doesn't take wine returns! TOTAL WINES AND MORE has it at $19!I seldom buy alcohol. This is for my special guests and this is a difficult situation that holds a cloud on my family's visit!

Going through a remodel currently but store is returning to full stock all around and rolling full steam in future ! Lots of new people so definitely reaching that full fresh and friendly service experience!

Very fresh produce. Very clean and organized store. Staff are mostly nice and helpful. Unlike SafeWay that everything is overpriced, in Smith the prices are fair.

Why have a deli if the people operating it are worthless? The kid with the nose ring followed by the lady who doesn't where her hair net correctly because she's to worried about her bangs are useless. They don't have a clue. You ask both of these bozos for something shaved it comes out in between thin and deli cut. Why work here if you don't want too? Along with the little white lady who always has a sour look on her face like as if you're taking her last slice of ham... why do you work here if you're not happy or you don't want to do your job correctly? There are plenty of other places like McDonald's or a janitor ect..... the absolute worst STEVE W DOWN THERE DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE WHAT HE IS SAYING. PLEASE STOP WITH THE BS

This is a review of the gas outlet, not the grocery side. I buy gas there twice a week and just the other day the lady attendant, nancy, went out of her way to help me get air from what seemingly was a broken air machine.. A pleasant super helpful attitude sure helps take the sting out of nasty gas prices. Thanks Nancy

Quick stop at this Smith GS before going into doctor's office just next to it. I was happy, I found what I was looking for and all shelves were stocked! Store appears very cleaned and organized.
