very poorly managed store, I have a call into the store manager for the 3rd time over the same issue. If it's not corrected it will cost that store about 4 customers, half will go to Albertsons, the other half may use Smiths, but not this location.

I wish I could rate this Smith's higher but I can't. The customer service is very poorly here. Out of stock on multiple things. I don't recommend this location to anyone. I really like Smith's too......

I was helped by the nicest effecient and caring woman they are few and far between.Her name was Day and I didn't have my shoppers card to get my items so she helped me.Then the machines all wouldn't take cash so she helped me at her register. I'm so happy I love going to Smith's because of employee s like her. I believe she deserves a raise or a promotion. Sincerely Neil Alexander Bailey

I was in self checkout and the light came on needing assistance, I peered around the corner and a gentleman was sitting on boxes at the end of the self checkout aisle And a lady in a green shirt was also standing there fanning herself, I said, “ I’m sorry, can you help me” and the lady mumbled something, so I repeated myself And in the most unprofessional way she said, “I SAID she’ll be right with you!!!!” And rolled her eyes while continuing to fan herself. I said “ I’m sorry I didn’t hear your” and then she said, “ well that’s what I said”! So as I was leaving I said “ you should try not to be so rude” and she started saying, “BYE, BYE, BYE!!!!! I have NEVER been treated so poorly at Smiths, and this is the only place shop!!! This woman was so unprofessional and ignorant I was in shock! I’m not sure if this is how the Smiths in Henderson is used to treating there customers, but trust that I will never go to another Smiths other than mine in Southern Highland, where they treat you with kindness and respect. Awful, Awful customer service on Sunset!

EXTREMELY bad service a woman named Sasha I walk up to her and she got mad when I needed help and Then I got to her again before I came to her she was smiling like it was Christmas as soon as I go up to her she gets so mad like what did I DO TO YOU !!!!! overall bad
