We love sports clips by the Galleria Mall. We definitely love Casey. She’s our favorite. We always request her as she can get my son to talk. Tell stories and has a good vibe. She does amazing on haircuts and he always goes back to her definitely worth going and definitely recommends Casey.

The first time I went it was great. This was the second time and the customer service sucked. They wanted me to know the exact guard sizes I wanted for my mid fade comb over. I didn’t know what size and she was getting upset but kept asking how short.

Come here if you don’t care what you look like, cause their barber didn’t give af. Her attitude, and her understanding of how to cut hair explains the cut she left me with. I shouldn’t have to tell her throughout my entire cut what I want; I have several pics, I have no clue how many inches~ that’s your job.
She didn’t even do the texture siccors after being asked 3X.
This is why I don’t ever go to place ending in clips or cuts, and I will NEVER come back.
Was the first time since a child I’ve been to a place like this. Genuinely hope you get as bad as a cut you gave me,

I want to tell people not to get a haircut with the manager of SportClips on Galleria Mall her name is Erica. She is a rude lady don't pay attention to your needs. She asked you really sarcastic you want your haircut my way or your way!!! When you tell her how do u want it, she does a terrible job on purpose.DON'T GET A HAIRCUT with her if you don't want to be upset and disappointed!!!!
