Ignored direction. Botched my haircut. Refused to refund me. I'll never trust Sport Clips again.

My son is in his early 20’s and has always struggled with social anxiety. So much that he won’t get haircuts unless I push him to do so.We have been going to this location on and off for years and the service is consistently friendly and pleasant. He LOVES the MVP treatment—shampoo, head, and shoulder massage.

So I was quite hesitant to come over here due to the past reviews. Yet, this place is so great! I had Jenneale as my stylist and she was very professional, knows how to give you the best look and gives you a great fresh cut. I’m definitely coming back here as my regular go-to now.

Today I took my son for a haircut and the lady seemed really hesitant to check us in. She was basically asking me if he would be able to sit in a chair alone, and saying that I wouldn’t be able to hold him because they need their space and I was trying to be understanding and ended up getting the haircut. My son was extremely fussy throughout the haircut but if you knew that you were going to do a difficult part in the haircut , why couldn’t I hold his head still? Didn’t even warn me that she was going to do that part. No, she waited until after the fact he had a CHUNK missing right on the TOP of his head ???? and was already uncontrollably upset to ask me to hold him honestly, if you were going to ask me to hold him when he was upset, Why couldn’t I just hold him from the beginning? If you’re not able to do something, why not just say no instead of telling me that we can do a haircut and this be the outcome. Now I have to wait for his hair to grow out. I don’t even know how long that’s gonna take. Frankly, I’m sad this haircut is just sad. This is for my baby boy I wanted him to have a fresh fade and line up with a sharp part. Now he has a chunk of hair missing from his head. I will never return here and I DEFINITELY wouldn’t recommend you bring any children here.

We have used this salon multiple times over the last few years. It is hit or miss. Today was a miss! My son paid for his uneven haircut, that I had to clean up at home, and gave the " stylist" a $10.00 tip. She did not say thank you but instead turned her back to him and started talking to another stylist. I find that rude and insulting to my son. Her name was Rush and she is the reason we will never go back and will pass this on to others in the area. There are other barbers in the area that we will now use and send business their way. If this is not addressed, shame on the management. These types of employees are what ruin a business. We saw another man walk out and was so upset with his terrible cut by another stylist that he made an immediate bad review. The stylist mouthed off about it asking a man that just replaced him in her chair, asking "Sir, are you sure you want me to cut your hair? Apparently I don't cut hair good". Wow! The owner should send in secret shoppers and see what is going on in there.

I went here for a haircut! It was a Thursday afternoon, the perfect time to take care of something like that. I looked them up online and noticed they had a great level of stars to their name. That means they really do a good job as far as haircuts go. The appointment process was pain-free and easy, as well. The thing that really struck me was the pricing structure. They had a couple of tiers to choose from. Not to mention the special discounts for the elderly and for young children of any age. When you upgrade to the top tier of haircuts they offer, you receive a washed head of hair and a scalp massage. Afterward, they deliver to you a shoulder massage via the massaging tool. At the end of your appointment, you are asked to pay $24 when you go for the lowest level of attention before any applicable discount is applied. When you include the special treatments, the total amount owed comes to $30. I noticed they didn't tax me on this transaction. Please don't forget that if you are a first-time clientele at this men's hair salon, they will upgrade you instantly to the deluxe version of their services, but they will only charge you for the lowest level of payment. I don't know how long they will keep this special going, so make your appointment now! It is so easy when you do it online. If you would like to check in, they ask that you do so at the store on the computerized screen at the front counter, next to the cash register. They have stadium seating and a television set that you can watch. There is a screen that will count down the time until your appointment is ready for you. So no surprises! I didn't have to wait very long at all. Everyone who works there is very friendly, and they aren't afraid to show it. You will love how you feel after visiting this location and receiving their services. Did you run out of your favorite hair product? You can replace it here, as long as it is in stock now. They will make some recommendations on future services if you are interested. Your new haircut should last a couple of months. It depends on several factors. As you were.

Typically this is a decent spot for a haircut. Today was a tough day. I Came during the lunch rush apparently and there were 4-5 stylists there who proceeded to eat lunch while there were 6-8 people waiting for a haircut. I sat for almost an hour before walking out without a haircut. The automated check-in program actually texted me and told me I would have to re-check in to get a haircut because I had been waiting so long. Really rough today, most likely won’t go back. Stylists are too talkative at times.

They were so nice to my sons who got their haircut. The lady who cut my oldest's hair was very engaged while my son talked. He non-stop talked about things and she never once looked annoyed and participated in conversation. To me that is hard to find. They did such a great job with their hair as well, did exactly what my kids wanted. Will definitely be coming back. The wait is quite long, highly recommend to get on their wait-list before you go

Know who you want to cut your hair before you go here. Most of the customers were waiting on a specific stylist. But, some of them are just on a treadmill turning out subpar haircuts.... there is no care unless you know the person. I left with one of the worst haircuts of my life. After waiting over an hour, I left NEVER to return.

Overall bad experience from start to finish getting my grandson a haircut. Online checkin wasn't working, so I called the location. I was told that I couldn't get on the list by phone; either to wait for the online system to work or drive in person to checkin. System finally worked, checked in online and was given an estimated time of 1 hour. 30 minutes later, got a text saying he was next, and if we didn't get there on time, our spot would be forfeit. Jumped in the car and rushed over, to find he was number 8 on the list when we arrived. Annoying, but not that big a deal.On to the service: I explained to the stylist that he wanted a taper cut, not a fade. The stylist said the two terms meant exactly the same thing. Sorry, but that's not even remotely true. So I explained what we wanted, especially leaving the length in front. I very specifically grabbed the front of his hair and said "he likes this in front like it is." I took a seat in the waiting area. Shortly after, I heard my grandson say, "stop, that's too short in front." Her response? "You should have said something before I started the haircut. That's why I ask questions. It's too late...I cut it the same length as the sides." Well, I DID SAY SOMETHING, VERY SPECIFICALLY, BEFORE SHE STARTED THE HAIRCUT.She then took him back for a wash. On the way home in the car, he still had shampoo oozing from his hair. At checkout, the stylist said she was making a note about leaving the front long in his file. I said to make the note that his stylist should listen when they're told to leave the front long. The charge was $28, I gave them $30 and left because I didn't want to wait for change. After returning home, I called to get the name of his stylist. I was told it was Erica, a manager. Unbelievable.

Good place for a haircut. Be sure to check in online first.
