The best work out ever! And the dance instructor is amazing! I am so glad I found this place. I have so much fun dancing and getting a workout here. Ladies..If you want to have fun, burn some calories and have fun.. This is the place to visit! I am a novice dancer, but Tracy makes it fun. It is a hidden gem girls!

I moved to Las Vegas from California in December of last year. I wanted to find a good workout place with nice people. I joined a yoga place in Henderson, but it was not my thing.. Then I stumbled on the stage. I thought.. I will try it with my mind open.. I bought a few lessons, and thought I will see how I like it. I am so happy that I did! I am uncoordinated and 51 years old. Tracey the instructor is the best! I have so much fun and I am loving it.

No boring moment at The Stage. Everyone is welcome. Traci is an excellent dancer and teacher. She offers different dance/exercise classes. She makes them fun. I learn new moves and I learn to feel the music. What a great way to de-stress, to strengthen the body and mind and to burn calories!

Tracey is amazing! My daughter and I started taking classes here and it's so much fun. The studio is beautiful and everyone is friendly and welcoming..very happy to find this gem close to home.

Finally made it! Been wanting to take a class here since I moved to LV. Took a PiYo class with Carrie Sat 9am. Loved it! Coming back for sure. The studio is clean and the esthetics pleasing. Would recommend for holding auditions here as well. Definitely spreading the word.

I visited this studio twice to take dance photos and it provided a beautiful backdrop for the shoots. The owner and everyone who works there are very friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely be back again to rent the space.

Beautiful dance studio tucked away in safe neighborhood. Plenty of parking. Paul is a patient and thorough instructor! Sunday beginners 7-8 on, Monday intermediate and advanced 8-10 pm, Practica for all Wed 8-10. Come give it a try! Elegant and fun!!

I've been to a few dance studios in town, but this is one of my favorites! Why? Because the owner (Tracey Allyn) is full of energy and talent and cares about her students. She hires quality instructors and is herself a wonderful dancer and choreographer. Her Sh'Bam classes are loads of fun and sweat, and the Zumba class (taught by Jackie Andrea) is equally amazing! Tonight I took a Mixxed Fit class (taught by Nikki Carter) and really enjoyed myself. Rates are between $5 and $12 depending on the class but are well worth it! Just go with an open mind and positive attitude.
