Laura Tracy very rude. And the bad part about it is that she’s the general manager!! Every time we go in there to print business cards it’s a problem! Not sure if they are racist or they don’t like certain people! But every time I go in they give me a hard time or they don’t want to help. I will never go in this store again.

Very bad costumer service, I came in to print out business cards and it was a horrible experience. The 2 lady’s at the front did not know how to properly design a business cards. They try telling me to leave and do it at home. Horrible experience

They have paper posted all over the store at $6.99 but when you go to ck out it requires a digital coupon written on the ad in very small print.? Never going back to Staples!

I called. They answered my question. And I was able to process my Amazon return easily at the Copy and Print center. The employee who processed it was super friendly, despite being busy. This was Saturday, 05-18-2024, around 1pm. He scanned my QR code provided by Amazon and I was done.

Horrible customer service at packaging/ label printing department at STAPLES.
Went there to get labels printed from emails.
Now they make the customer go to printer. Well printer just printed the email.
When I went up to the counter to explain that before I would email them the email. They would then click the link in email and my label was then printed.
I was told they dont do that anymore.
The young, rude girl said " I don't know how to do that unless it's a pdf.
When I asked if she knew how to make it a PdF format.
She told me she didn't know how to do it either.
Well, it became obvious to me, that I was not going to get my labels printed. Why so complicated???
My thought was REALLY??? Are you not Trained for this Job???
WORST Yet - She even charged me for the printed emails ( that showed the link to click to print label).
This Unfriendly, untrained, STAPLES WORKER WAS DOING NOTHING.
There were no other customers waiting for service.
I wasted my time, DRIVING to this store, parking, carrying packages into store - ?
and with an attitude like that from a staples employee---
I'm so done with Staples!!! ?
Unbelievable, staples used to have decent customer service and trained staff. Not anymore!!!
I even asked her if there was someone else who could help me. Her reply "no".
I was speechless, Tired and , just paid for my pages of printed emails which i threw in the trash. I then carried all my packages back out of the store to my car disgusted and frustrated.
I thought about complaining to a manager but was too tired to even bother.
Would they even care???
I used to use Staples for all of packaging needs.
Not anymore!!!!
I went to THE INSPIRADA UPS store, told them what happened at staples.
UPS employee was surprised i had such trouble and he said NO PROBLEM, "I can help you with that" AND he was able to take my email ( once i emailed it to them), click link to print label and didn't even charge me for label. UPS customer service was AWESOME.
I now use this UPS store often and customer service is always 5 stars.
UPS is now my go to for packages.

Jahde the blonde heavy set girl was extremely rude to me when I came in like right off the bat even my father noticed. You can tell she is not friendly, which is understandable because she does not like her job. My problem was the fact she was asked to do something and had an attitude about it worst part was when she tried to accuse me of lying about needing double sided copies I only told her I needed one thing doubled. Clearly she does not listen and is miserable. If you are going to talk about customers don't do it in front of them when they can hear your big mouth the whole time!

The Staples on Lake Mead was closed and they kept this one. The print shop at the Lake Meade location was awesome and was staffed with amazing people. Print orders were always done on time or even early. This print location is horrible, I always get a sense of laziness when I’m there, they rarely get orders done in a timely fashion and have even lost printed orders.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon to complete TSA pre check and found every single employee here to be so kind and helpful. The process was fast. I had an appt but probably didn't need one. I highly recommend this location!

They refused to print on the glossy sticker paper I brought because it would “melt”despite it saying the paper was laser printer safe on the package?♀️ I quietly left but when I got home I was a little sad so I put a lighter to it and it didn’t melt. Super annoying. just let me print my stupid stickers leave me alone, my gosh. ???I don’t blame the workers as I bet some guy came with bad sticker paper and it ruined their printer tho I hate it here
