I stumbled in this salon looking for a tech to do my nails to my liking yjats not over priced. I did my own nails at home (did an okay job) they told me I did a good job but told me what I did wrong and fixed my nails. I absolutely loved them.! Kind, patient and friendly service. I have really bad anxiety but was very comfortable here. Felt like that's where I was guided. I'll be going here monthly! I found a new salon, I actually make an appointment when im done because I know im coming back. 🥰 I missed an appointment and they called to do a wellness check, the kind of service I appreciate. It's not too loud and not an overwhelming place.

The person who did my nails was extremely rough. I came in to get a set removed and a gel full set. He did not do any soaking, just used a dirty nail from a bin to lift the nail up, as well as his own nail and then a drill. This left my nails very brittle and sensitive. All of the nail did not remove so they used a drill to get the other pieces. It burned me several times and I had to pull away. A lot of the drilling and the filing was painful and made me anxious, and he was getting frustrated that my hand was not relaxed but it was because of the pain. I was also surprised that it was $70 total even though the full set was $45. That means they charged me $25 to take off nails that were already breaking off and lifting. Another issue that came up was they tried to charge me twice, which was somewhat embarrassing. I had to pull off to the side to let the next customer pay. They tried again and it still didn't work. I checked my account and it showed that they had already charged me once. I showed the lady my phone and she took it and kept it on her side of the counter, not giving it back. She told me to hold on and went to talk to somebody. She mentioned that the time says 12:00 a.m. and then looked at the clock as if this was not the correct transaction, even though it said Star Nails on it for the exact value that they charged. After a couple of minutes she said okay, I was good to go and gave me back my phone. Overall, it was not a luxurious experience, rather painful and embarrassing and it took a long time and if I wouldn't have caught it, I would have been charged twice.

This place is close to our home and I never knew it. I noticed a sign hanging out on the front about a special for a pedicure. My husband's feet are just horrible and the smell could knock you off your feet. I walked in and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Honestly I didn't think they would do his feet. I thought they would turn him away. Let me applaud this little angel, Mary, for being a great trooper. She didn't complain once. She was even funny! The place looked good and clean. My husband is going back every month! I'm going to go this summer.

worst experience overpriced below average service for a pedicure and the lady here tries to upsell everything even the caluse remover cream wich is supposed to be included when you do a pedicure not worth the money

Let me just say should you decide to go for service do not let the guy in their do it. I recently went in on an early morning weekday and normally I let one of the ladies give me a Pedi & Mani. He was not welcoming nor personable , knicked me a few times when getting my cuticles to which I responded because it hurt and he never apologized or anything and the polishing was not great either:( If it was not for the ladies and their prior service I would not have even left a tip and have now decided not to return and seek services elsewhere. Hello may be better suited in the background but definitely not the face nor demeanor for the business.

I said dark brown multiple times and he kept coming back with dark purple.. cut my cuticles until there was blood. Up charged me for callus removal and nothing was removed. Came to paying and they bugged me to tip, once i agreed I said 10 and they were angry and tried to stress 15.
