Elaine, at Starbucks at the Courtyard Marriot in Henderson, gave us wonderful and friendly service the whole week were there. She made each morning a fun experience.

Just stopped by for a quick lunch.had the grilled cheese and a green tea.
Vegetarian options: Egg bites, Lots of ? and muffins of all kinds.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have ♿️ parking and also the entry is Handicapped.

This hotel is located on Green Valley Parkway around many businesses like Smiths and Barleys and various other places. There is parking in an exterior lot all the way around the building, so chances are you will find a spot near an entrance.CHECK IN: Keeping the tradition alive, the Mobile key option did not work here either (still have yet to find any Marriott that has a working mobile key system) . Front desk quickly had my physical keys ready and off i went.ROOM: The Room was standard. It did have a microwave and small fridge which was nice. There wasn't anything notable or to complain about in this room. It suited the purpose quite nicely.POOL: The property had a nice sized pool and hot tub. Seemed the pool area needed much TLC though. The paint was chipped in many areas, the light pole was severely rusted and the hot tub jets didn't work.It was a decent little hotel, just needs a touch up

This is a good hotel. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The room and hotel were very clean, and the hotel is located around a lot of restaurants and shops. The only issue I had with the hotel, was the lightening in the room. When the shades were closed, even with every light on, my room was very dark. I suggest the hotel improve the room lighting.

This was the worst stay I've ever had in a hotel, and I'm a retired military wife, so I've lived all over. If I could give a negative star I would.And I've been trying for 2 weeks to get a resolution. Manager never reached out.I'll list in order...1. Requested an executive suite with a patio.*Did not receive suite or patio. Was not informed prior to check-in. Had to call to be informed that they had none. But you reserved me one. 2. Cold water in shower*Ended up taking a cold shower Thur night and Friday morning because NO hot water.3. The bathroom flooded.* The shower curtain was too short,and the bathroom flooded with water each time we took a shower.4. Refrigerator *It was so tiny it couldn't hold 4 bottles of water. Ended up buying a cooler.5. Back Entrance Door*Door was broken and slammed all night long.6. Dirty towels*Dirty towels were hung back in the bathroom. Had to call the front desk to request new complete sets. They only brought 2 towels.7. Ice.*Had to walk to the other side of the hotel. See above...bought cooler.

Very disappointed in this property. Of the two elevators, only one is working, and that one is in very poor condition. Four times this week, I've had to walk down from the third floor. The elevator is borderline dangerous. During my stay, I haven't seen any efforts to fix either elevator.Additionally, the mobile key system that I've used at every other Marriott property does not work here. In this town, there are many other options. I will find one for my next visit.

A BUG found on the bed in the morning. Requested for room change and the manager Wendy came back with "there's nothing to worry about because that thing got wings".We checked out right away!Lack of professionalism and accommodation!Please stay way from this place! 0 stars if I could

Very noisy room. Air conditioning unit rattled loudly all night. Informed the front desk that the side exit door to the parking lot remained open... unless forced shut. Didn't feel particularly safe knowing anyone could enter our hallway from the street. Generally speaking, the property could use a facelift. So many hotels to choose from. Will find another one next time.

Service was outstanding and every morning the staff went out of the way to take care of you. Even letting you know that you could get a refill instead of pay full prices again. I came back an hour later and the staff remembered me and gave me a refill. Quality drinks and staff why the 5-star rating.

3.7/3.8 stars. It's great to be a lifetime Marriott Member and Bonvoy Chase Credit Card Member. There are definitely perks, upgrades, and freebies. Staying at this location was ok. Easy access to the airport, rental cars, restaurants, Galleria Mall, and easy ride across town. I like that it's a walkable location to restaurants, small retail stores, and a movie theater not far down the back roads. Refrigerator was tiny, but it works to keep things cold. Microwave included (that's always ideal to have). Sheets and pillows were comfortable. Comfort and cleanliness is very important to us. Great customer service at front desk area. Loved the closet with mirrors (love all big mirrors). It was actually a very quiet stay and convenient location. It depends on the time of week and season if you do decide to stay here. The wall above the pillows had beautiful colors. The place is not brand new or entirely renovated, but as long as they have the amenities and everything needed, I would still visit again if I'm in the area. Being near the airport is always a bonus, especially because we usually return the rental cars. There are other much better hotels and Marriott hotels in the area. Try a new place each time!

I stayed here last year during my wedding anniversary week. I constantly stay at Marriott and affiliated hotels because my bro in law works for them. Gotta love a discount!So instead of staying on the Strip or even downtown, we thought it'll be nice to switch it up and stay outside but still close enough to Paradise. We rented a car at the airport for convenience. Parking wasn't bad at all. Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was good. Also a Trader Joes across the way with liquor. Jackpot!
