I've been coming to this subway for years. I don't write a ton of reviews but today was wild. There's this young guy behind the counter working night shift (he's black and super sweet), doing his job, when this lady started yelling at him because she wanted all her vegetables on the side and he was out of bowls. She called him a slur, flipped him off, and stormed off. He was super calm the entire time and just cleaned up and kept going. He deserves a reward or something for putting up with her. He didnt tell me his name but said "night shift."

The gentleman working 2/11/24 around 5pm was very professional and offered great quick service. Subway is lucky to have a great employee like him, I apologize I didn’t catch his name. Thank you!

Very friendly staff who took great care preparing my food. However subway is just too expensive. 3 foot long sandwiches, a salad, 2 drinks, and 3 bags of chips was just over $60 without a tip. For a family of four lunch that is insane (for a non sit down restaurant).

I wish I could say I’m surprised but I’m not. How can you have ONE person on staff with curbside/mobile orders and a line out the door? As someone whose worked In service most of my working life, this is ridiculous.Absolute shame on whoever owns this Subway. You’re a disgusting and vile human who has no business operating any kind of establishment.This poor worker is doing the best she can and having to pick up your slack. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself. Give this woman a raise immediately. If you have a high turnaround I’d take a big look in the mirror and wonder why.

there's this girl that works there, she seems very new; has no idea how to make a sub to save her life. I asked for a chicken bacon ranch sub, but I don't want it toasted, I told her, just like I have been ordering for years. she proceeds to put the meat and bacon directly on the bread without heating them up first. so I reminded her that I don't want the sandwich toasted. she told me that she remembers. so I asked her how is she going to heat up the meat without toasted ng the bread. she then starting arguing with me back and forth about how I didn't tell her that i want the meat cooked.I am generally an understanding guy, and I could forgive some inexperienced working screwing up. but her problem was that she was argumentative and rude. after her coworker whispered something to her and she stopped arguing and did what she was supposed to do in the first (NOT SERVINT UNDERCOOKED AND COLD CHICKEN AND BACON) she was visibily upset and was throwing food into the sandwich.her lack of experience (if it weren't for my son ordering from her before me, I would've bet mine is the first subway she has ever even seen in her life) she created the beauty that's in the attached picture. As you can see, all the vegetables are on one side and folded neatly (that way the tomatoes could turn into mush) and the meat is nicely separated into the other half.I am enjoying alternating between a vegetables only bite and a meat only bite.absolutely terrible service. someone needs to teach her the very basics of making a sandwich

I have not visited a subway shop in a very long time. I was very impressed by their employees and their subs. I was welcomed with a warm smile and amazing hospitality. I believe my sub was prepared by an employee named Alexis. They were so very friendly. They answered all of my questions about price and add ons. I appreciate how subway really friendly staff. Alexis made an amazing sub. I did not realize that subway dose not charge extra for the veggies. Which is an amazing thing. Now a days with prices of food being so high. Family's can go in and get a sub with tons of veggies with no extra cost. There are many places that charge 50 cent or one dollar just for extra veggies or what ever else or sauce. This is an excellent business practice that subway dose not charge extra . This helps out many families with children who might not have a lot of money and they can get their family a sub at a reasonable price plus add on the suggestion of your daily veggies that children need to consume. I would suggest downloading the app. I was able to use a buy one foot long get one free coupon. The restaurant was very clean and the employees were very welcoming and friendly. I especially liked how their uniforms were made. The bandannas that they both were wearing added quite nicely to the uniform.The sub was amazing the veggies made it. So again thank u subway for the amazing food and service when I came in. Thank you Alexis for making me smile and great customer service. Keep up the great work you seem like a very valuable employee to subway. I would recommend everyone to come and visit this subway. If u want an amazing sub and good customer service experience. It was just a very friendly warm and happy environment to be in for lunch.Thank you for making me smile that day. The food is delicious and amazing. Thank u again.

Was told too many sandwiches 2-footlongs , 2- 6 inch and a kidsmeal he said he closed in five minutes my phone said it was 9:53pm he could have taken our order and locked the door. 2 sandwiches were just meat and cheese nothing fancy.

I have this thing with ? I was very pleased to see fresh tomatoes ? not mushy. All of the vegetables were fresh, well presented, clean surface, excellence at it's best. Ryan, great personality excellent customer service. Trent, I can't forget your politeness neither thx guys ?
