I came in to get my nails done yesterday with Diana and she exceeded my expectations. By far the BEST French I have ever gotten . She really took her time and made sure I got exactly what I asked for . I can happily say I found my new nail lady with her, I would recommend her services to everyone.

The new owners name is Diana. I have gone to see her for years. She’s not always been perfect, but she admits to it, and fixes it, if noticed right away. Everyone is welcome. I used to come in, as a walk in, but I try to make appointments🌻 now. That does help them a bit. yesterday was amazing. Diana is always friendly and supportive. The atmosphere is peaceful. They all get along like family. Diana has become my friend over the years, she stayed after hours, when I scheduled the first time and I came late, to finish my nails. I have been to many nail salons in Vegas. This has the best quality and service at a reasonable price in town. The customers feel comfortable and happy, while being serviced all ages and races are welcome without exception🌻 the gel pedicure and manicure lasts for 8 weeks. Love 💕 Love 💗 to Diana.

The girl who did my manicure cut my cuticles and she cut one of them so bad that it started to bleed. It became infected, it happened 5 days ago and I still have pain. The salon is dirty, customer service is bad.
Update: I just removed the ugly polish from my nails and took a photo: this is how it looks like, you can clearly see the infected cuticle 🥲.

10/10 NAILS!!! I come every 4-5 weeks for a Gel X fill and every time Jenny kills it (I never have a broken/ missing nail!) ! I get so many compliments on my nails! Shout out to Jenny and Diana they are the absolute best!

I just came as a walk in for a fill. While the wait was short, as soon as I was sat into a chair the nail technician told me she does not know how to do a French tip. I asked if there was anyone else who knew how to do one and told her I didn’t mind waiting. Instead of asking another technician, she walked away with an attitude then came back and said no one knows how to do it. It wildly unbelievable that no one in the entire shop knows how to do a French tip. On top of the poor customer service, I would not recommend this shop whatsoever.

My wife made a reservation for herself and her mom to celebrate Mother's Day together.
The reservation was placed days in advance.
On the way over my wife received a call from Sunset Nails asking if they were still interested in their reservation. My wife responded, "Yes, we are almost there."
Upon arrival, there weren't sufficient nail techs to handle both my wife and mother in law. Only mother in law was served as my wife watched.
I got a call from the missus explaining the situation through her tears.
I was buying the experience for wife and mother in law. So I offered to pay extra if it could help. My wife was so upset that she didn't want to keep her mom hostage while she received a service, not to mention they would miss their dinner reservation.
Long story short, a crying wife on Mother's Day makes me wish there was a 0 star option.
To the management, I hope you ask yourself how you would feel if your wife and mother in law had this experience. How could this have gone? Was there a different choice you could have made? Maybe ask the customer if they would like to reschedule to a time when they can sit and chat and actually enjoy the services you provide?
Instead of enjoyment, this just flat sucked.
Well, fool me once.
