Lucero and Anthony and the best people there! Always so helpful, kind, and PATIENT. There are a few other employees I do not know by name but their customer service is awful and unwelcoming. There used to be another gentleman named Matt that no longer works there but he was amazing as well.
As long as Lucero and Anthony are the ones helping you, you’ll be fine.

I went here yesterday to browse around and possibly buy something. I was interested in buying a ring/ earrings that costed $3,000, I had cash ready. I was waiting my turn to be helped and I was being ignored, the employees were looking me up and down judging me. Other customers came in after me and they were being attended before me when I was there first waiting for about 20 minutes. There were two ladies working that both had rude attitudes, I asked one of them if she could help me and she said no because her shift was going to be over but she wasn’t doing anything. I felt really bad that I left then I came back to tell them that they have bad customer service and the one who said that “her shift was over” was still there and said that she doesn’t care. I have seven years going to this location and this has never happened to me before. I don’t understand how the owner or the manager doesn’t do anything.

This place is horrible!!! I've been a customer for years and I've already left a review for this spot already , but this particular location has gotten soooooo bad over the last couple Years, Daisy and Tony are still the managers and DAISY IS BY FAR THE RUDEST!!!! Tony has his good days and his bad days , I'm tired of this place!!!! I have been to other locations and this is by far the worst location, you would think that being a LONGTIME CUSTOMER, that they would be a little more kinder and compassionate, I had items that I needed to pay interest on and I was wanting to just look at them first beacause I have so much in pawn And because my family and I are struggling in these tough times I have had to let go of a lot of my belongings. And I feel like when you let items(DROP) or let go of , they get mad and don't like to help you anymore when you come back, and I feel like that's not right!!!! You're in the business to provide your customers with a service to help people when times are tough. So that's my review my 2ND REVIEW for this HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! I have fedealt with Stephan too!! And he always has this dumb ass smirk on his face when he can't help you or like they get a kick out of telling people NO or they can't help or won't help and honestly that's not good Karma!!! FYI!!! Good luck to this Location once I have all of my goodies out of this store, they have lost a Very Loyal Customer!!! What a SHAME!!!! (The Ferrer Fam)

I was warned by 2 other pawn shops that Super Pawn would lie ball me on my gun sale. Boy were they spot on. While polite, they offered me less than 10% of the value of the guns. I understand them having to make money too but that was absolutely insulting. They didn’t have a gun in their case or rack like mine. You know why? Because they sell. They knew it too. They knew they had a chance to make nearly 800% profit. I told the nice lady that they had a reputation but I still wanted to give them a chance. What a waste of my time. Do not go here!! My warning to all.

Be very careful with this super pawn. I pond my gold rope and one day before the due date they pulled my rope and told me on the due date that if I wanted to leave it in the pond I had to pay $247.00 and if I wanted to buy it I will have to pay $601.00 these people are some crooks. If I could give them no stars I would.I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THEM!!!! Ever!!!

Couldn't get a 30 dollar loan on an xbox one with out the controller even though they probably have 50 controllers. Stupid place to do a pawn or loan, in my opinion, Im pretty sure they are broke which basically means be careful because they can shut down that pawnshop and leave you in limbo until everything has been reallocated to another pawn near you lol. Good luck out there folks. Literally needed gas money.
