What a FANTASTIC experience!!! 😍😍😍 I’m close to folks that have been coming to this shop for years and came based on their positive raves and reviews. I was not disappointed. Joseph assisted me and was so patient with my cluelessness as this is my first “real” bike. 😁😁 I asked LOTS of questions and needed help making decisions on the saddle, accessories, handle bar tape color, etc. Everyone else there was so sweet and would chime in with their opinions too.
I ended up with a Cannondale Topstone Carbon 3 GRX 1x (gravel bike) that I’m in love with. They didn’t have the color I wanted so I was able to order straight through the Cannondale website and have it sent to Swanny’s to be assembled.
The experience was so easy and flowy. This is definitely my new favorite shop! 😍😍 Thank you Joseph!! 🥰🥰🥰

Aww, where to start? Joseph over at Swanny’s is simply awesome. His response time was super quick, and he answered all my questions about getting new bars without missing a beat. He even did the install himself while I got to hang out and talk bikes with him and the crew — such a chill, knowledgeable group.
After the install, Mindy (who did my bike fit — also awesome!) came over to double-check my hood setup. That extra attention to detail really made the whole experience feel next-level.
If you’re even thinking about anything bike-related — upgrades, fits, or getting a new ride — give them a call. Top-notch bike shop with top-tier people. Highly recommend!

My first time visiting Swanny’s bike shop and I had a great experience. Zabi was very helpful and made it easy for me to make a purchase on a new Tarmac. He meticulously setup my new bike after getting dimensions off my current bike from Mindy. Did I mention that Mindy is a bike fitter, how cool is that! These guys are top-notch and really take pride in their craft. This is a great place for your biking needs👍

Best bicycle shop! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. They all go above and beyond to help you find what you're looking for. I just purchased my first eBike from them and am so happy with it. They helped teach me how to use it and are so knowledgeable about bikes. If my husband ends up loving my bike I will definitely be back to purchase another one through them. I also wanted to get additional accessories for my bike and they helped me find the best ones to fit on my bike that would also look nice. They then installed all the accessories for me right then. Very happy with my purchase and experience at Swanny's!

I needed special work with a special tool on a frame I was using for a bicycle rebuild. It was late afternoon. The next morning, an hour after the shop opened, my frame was ready. Quick and professional work at a reasonable price. And friendly!!

Great place, didn't catch any names but I walked in said what I needed and immediately my bike was on a stand and they began. Even bought some grips and most places would have charged more then getting them online and their price was spot on. Will certainly be back if I need anything else

My second visit was just as great as the first. Customer service is above and beyond friendly knowledgeable helpful staff. Great prices and a great variety of products from snacks to bike protection... Sum it all up its my go to for bicycle repair make it yours too you'll tank me later
