Had to cancel my contract before 14 days or something like that. Did exactly that with the phone. Went back to the same girl (hardcore chewing gum while talking to us) she says my line has been active for the past 20 days which is weird because mind you I had no data or service at all. She activated it there and said try it. I told her I still wanted to cancel she then says I’d have to pay that bill that I went back previously to cancel. We complained and a manager came out to help? (He did nothing but say it was a misunderstanding) they all huddled in the corner trying to plan an excuse. Completely disregarded the fact that we told him the same lady we’re talking to now was supposed to cancel it when we turned the phone in. It was her mistake no one owned up to it and T-MOBILE STILL MADE US PAY A BILL FOR A LINE AND SERVICE WE DID NOT USE. I was so upset and didn’t get her name or I’d be taking it to corporate. You don’t need a degree to work at T-Mobile so I don’t understand why they they they’re smarter than their customers.

I love this store! I have been a long-time customer of T-Mobile, (almost 14 years), and my home store on Horizon Ridge closed. So when I upgraded through my JUMP program I took my new phone to this location. Joselyn was excellent. Her efficiency, professional knowledge, and accuracy were so welcomed! Keep up the good work! Cuz I'll Be Back....

I was very surprised that I was in and out. Taylor was very efficient. She was respectful felt like she gave me her honest opinions on all of my questions I didn’t feel like I was being upsold on anything she did not push me into getting something I didn’t want. I very happy with the service she provided.

I have been with t mobile for going on 20 years. I went in to upgrade phone. I was told I have to get on new contact to get any trade on value for phone. So I have to pay 80 dollars more a month to get 400 trade in . So I get a locked in for life at 960 dollars a year for trade in . I have 4 lines I told the sales person I can go to Verizon. He said be my guest. Ok that’s good advice I will do that. Screw t mobile

My family and I have been here twice to get new phones and do trade ins. We had a different employee help us both times that we have been to this location and they have been extremely helpful and patient with us. They always acknowledged people coming inside even if it was busy so I appreciated that. We went right when they opened one of the times so we didn't have to wait. But the other time we went mid day on the weekend and waited about 20 minutes which is fine. It is expected when there are a few people inside. So it can get pretty busy in there. Both times, the visits have been smooth with no problems. We have had T-Mobile for years and haven't had any issues. I love that there is the options for insurance that covers replacement screen protectors so I can come in to get it changed anytime it is cracked and needs to be replaced.

LOL, how bad is T-mobile.... Where do I start! Fact: I paid $896 so I could dump them! NEVER: I mean NEVER will I ever even think about going back! First false advertising! They still say there is 5g in my area. LIE! It's such a lie they gave me a signal extender that ran off my electricity and my wifi signal just to get Lte! Forget 5g, forget 4g... Lte is what I got and it was only 2 bars. BUT, they still claim 5g in my area! If you have a strong urge to get screwed, go with T-mobile! Enjoy being stuck with them or pay your way out like I did! AT&T for life! 5g all day everyday, everywhere I go!

I went to this location to buy a new phone two new phones actually after buying two new phones, I decided I wanted to upgrade one of the phones further. So instead of refunding my money, they decided to charge me twice I have called and have been fighting and fighting with them to give me my money back but because the store wrote down that it was my fault they are willing to help me. Hopefully I still get my money back. They said give them 10 business days it's been seven so we will see horrible customer service I don't know the girls name I don't wanna get anyone fired , so this was the next best thing. Customer service needed at this location shopping here I'll go to a different store.

DO NOT get Tmobile home internet. They’re a huge rip off! We were owed a refund 2 weeks ago. Given a reference number and now they’re saying we owed them money when we stopped our service in July ridiculous. We didn’t owe anything it was already paid.

As all of us know, getting a new phone is about as time-consuming as buying a car! Well, just bought a new phone at this T-Mobile and Jos was fantastic. Very professional and knowledgeable, the process was fast, efficient, and thorough. Go to this store and ask for Jos!

We switched over to T-Mobile. We were told we would get Netflix, Paramount, and Apple TV. I was told Id get an email so I can set that up. Never got an email. Went into the store again to ask about it. I was told to give it time or call 611. I still never got an email. I call 611 they tell me to go to the store. I went in again and they tried to dismiss me saying they aren't sure what to do and to call 611. I got pissed and told them someone needed to help me figure it out. So they finally did. Then I found out they only gave us Netflix. I said I was supposed to get Paramount and Apple TV too. The lady told me no this is what your plan is. So I was lied to. I absolutely hate T-Mobile. Worst customer service. They will tell you anything to make a sale! Their service is also worse than my previous service. Half the time I don't have service. I regret switching!
