After an hour of waiting , my name was not even listed by the employee who greeted and asked for me to wait.What a waste of time!!! Very dissatisfied!!????

First time to this location store and was the worst experience I have ever had. I came in today to add a voice line as an exiting T-mobile customer. My current voice plan qualifies the new handset discount with trade-in no plan changes needed. The agent instead upgrades me with higher priced premium voice plan that I did not ask for when activating the new line. I didn't find this out till after I got home and complete the phone transfer from the old to the new. On the new device shows me I am on the different voice plan now.In addition, she told me if I cannot swap the phone on the spot. I cannot drop the phone to the store on later days. I can only ship the phone back. When I asked for a return shipping kit, she told me she can only mail me a shipping label. I can just box my phone however I want.I am now trying to get customer service to help me revert back to my old phone plan and find a better way to send back the trade-in handset. What a nightmare!!

I went in there yesterday to get a tablet near closing time and it was a Hispanic sales rep guy I'm looking at my receipt and it says sales rep number ****364 but I don't remember his name. He was absolutely awesome had the tablet brought from another store and assisted me with so many other things including prepaid that I set up for a friend that's less fortunate of mine that I wanted to help out. So he was awesome and he was also pretty cute too pretty damn cute lol so anyway I recommend the store and it's employees. The manager didn't seem like he was too friendly but I used to work at Sprint and that's how the all the managers were so that's nothing new that's pretty much why I quit anyway because of the managers. Anyway the guy that helped me was superb and like I said super cute I hope he does really well because he deserves it.

I know they were busy with customers but it doesnt mean completely ignore all other cutler. I was not greeted there was no where to sign in to get help. I needed help acquiring new business Internet services went elsewhere

Terrible. I asked for a SIM card so that I can make a call to Australia (home). I was assured that I would not have any problems. It took them 2 days to get back to me and and inform me that they had sold me the wrong plan and would have to pay double (extra) for the correct plan without any compensation for the mistake that they had made. This is the last time I use try and use this company.

Service was really good! Friendly, helpful, had the phone I wanted in stock (not in the color I wanted), And the wait was a little long but overall service was good!

Clean, Completely Remodeled, in a very easy to access and to park location. The only sad thing is that eventhough it has several sofas and ottomans to sit and wait confortably, they now charge you US$5 extra for Paying your Bill at the store. What an irony, you take your time to go there today your bills to avoid the exposure to hakers and the company charges an extra fee to their responsible customers for paying their bill. @TMobile #TMobile

Very slow service came in waited a half an hour told them I would come back and was told ok we will keep your place in line once I got back I still had to wait another half an hour slowest service ever I love t mobile but the workers need to move with more urgency wasn't planning on spending a hour waiting for a SIM card unbelievable

Horrible service, still can’t believe they get away with this nonsense, the reps here like to play games and waste your time. The T-Mobile app was having issues processing orders and I could not order a watch online, so I went to the store here thinking it would be quicker to purchase through them. I was immediately told their was an activation charge and the monthly service charge was higher than the one quoted online but if you purchase online and choose store pick up all the fees are waived, go figure, I was finally able to order online through my phone, using the browser instead of the app, while on site. The guy said it would process almost immediately that it should only be a couple minutes. That was a complete lie, I waited and waited and no watch came out. Customers came and went, then the store closed. They began cleaning and mopping the store and still no watch, Finally after an hour of waiting I let my self out of the store. I still have no watch and my guess is, if I would’ve stayed there I probably would’ve still been there today. I’ve canceled the order and yet they are still telling me to pick up the watch, I’m now canceling T-Mobile all together thanks to these clowns.

Small crowd upon arrival, several asking where to check in. Eventually, a rep took our names. A lady who arrived 10mins after I did was served first, but no big deal - crowd was growing, easy to make mistakes.Waited nearly 2 hours to swap SIM card. Tried to charge me $10 for it to pad accessories quota, fumbled installing it for several minutes. Sales rep walked away to help another family after telling me he'd come back and check; 15mins later, no network. Another rep assured me it would find the network in 20 mins, refused to confirm SIM registration with my phone number; left. Waited another hour, no network.I could understand the waiting, and I was even happy to wait longer. What pissed me off was the sheer incompetence and the absolute incapability of the reps to even try to work with me. No confirmation, no reasoning, just a rush to get me out the door, unhelped, with a device that's as disconnected as when I walked in.
