Blessila was no help … was sent to a store by a phone rep and when I got here everything wasn’t as what was promised on the phone waste of time and Blessila recommends ordering over phone rather than coming in .

Zero help. I had horrible internet service, dropping constantly, and and was sent a new modem. I was told on the phone I could return the old modem to the store, or mail it back with the label provided whatever was easier for me. Well, I guess at this store, it is whatever is easier for the employee. After making me wait around, she asked for my drivers license and then told me they couldn't take it back because I had mailing label and refused to take it. Rude.

Eddie P was so helpful with setting up my new T-Mobile cell phone account. He was so competent, friendly, and patient. He transferred data from my old phone to new phone. It was such an stress-free experience for me. I walked out the door with everything good to go. I’m so appreciative for Eddie doing such a great job to help me!

Tori did a Great job helping with my issue. Very quick and knowledgeable! Nice to have employee that takes customer service to its highest level. They were busy but professional as nearby t-mobile store closed for reno. Great job

Horrible experience, absolutely unbelievable that I brought my phone in to be activated and have everything transferred at 1:00 pm, the worker told us “25 mins” for it to transfer which I understand may take longer depending on the phone. They had my phone until 6pm and it still wasn’t completely transferred, all for them to tell us we can just do it at home. Wasted the whole day waiting for this process. The workers all looked confused everytime you ask them a question and their communication was terrible. They could’ve simply told us that this process could have been done at home instead of saying “I don’t know” everytime we ask what the status was. This location is trash

I went to the T-mobile store on Boulder Hwy and was assisted by Wendy. Exceptional customer support!!! She was courteous, professional, and kind. She verified my identity before disclosing any information about the account and was fully knowledgeable about all of the plans. She volunteered information regarding pros and cons of each and also offered suggestions and insights on the different cell phones specials. I highly recommend this store if you want service that is attentive and really listens to what it is you want as a consumer!

I was looking for an iPhone 14 and saw the ad by T-Mobile that it was on them. To me that meant free that is definitely not the case. I cannot get rid of the phone I've been working on it. Four or five days trying to get it activated. They won't activate it because I don't have the right password according to them and I chose a password that I would remember and I even wrote it down so it wasn't necessary because I still know what it is. I don't know if they change it. I don't know what they did. I cannot get the phone activated. They're charging me quite a bit of money, $245 to be exact and then it's gonna be $84 a month to pay for the damn phone, I would never recommend this business. I'm sorry that my former employer, Sprint, partnered up with them. I am still trying to get this phone back to them to get my money back and I know it's going to take a long process. My advice is stay away from them.

Just visited this store 4/1/23, best customer service I've ever received from T-Mobile. They were so helpful and the lady named Blessila was beyond phenomenal. She was so happy and outgoing, I love her. All of them had so much knowledge on the devices and plans. They have great promos going on. Definitely go check it out! :)

My mom went in there to check if they could help with her MetroPCS phone, as we weren't finding a kiosk for metro in the mall. We knew it was a likely quick fix just didn't know what exactly. Instead of even seeing if they could help an elderly woman with a simple tech issue, the one she talked to Noel just tried to sell her a t-mobile plan and claimed the closest Metro was Russel and Boulder when there's a metro less than 1/4th mile down sunset in the home depot parking lot. Not impressed with employees who take advantage of the elderly like that. I'll stick with metro but rest assured thanks to this T-mobile will never, EVER get my business directly. Thank Noel.(Edit to add: turns out it was a very simple phone tech issue like we thought. Took metro less than a minute to fix. And had nothing to do with metro itself, just hardware.)

Waited 20 minutes to just buy a pair of headphones, no phone stuff just a straight purchase. Terrible time management. Update- not only did I wait 20 minutes for a simple transaction but I learned there was an entire 3rd employee there who was THE MANAGER who was hiding in the back after leaving another set of customers there for 45 minutes for a question one of the associates answered in 90 seconds. Go to an actual t mobile this place is a joke and they employees should be fired and the location should be shut down, this is embarressing behavior

I had a horrible experience with T-mobile customer service on the phone trying to simply transfer my account, nearly 2 months of back and forth, being placed on hold for HOURS multiple times (and I work 12 hour days running my own business and also helping another new business get started), and they still came up with no solutions! But going into this store and talking to Brandon (floor manager) and Bless, they were able to address my concern very quickly and were very polite and helpful despite the fact that I was noticeably agitated due to my prior experience with the company. I definitely still don't like T-mobile as a company at all, but thanks to Brandon and Bless I would highly recommend anyone who needs help to come to this store and ask for them by name because they were great!

They don’t like black ppl here don’t bother going if ur colored. Tried to get phones ported to my name from my stepmoms line. Yasmine pretended to have system issues and turned us away. Lol like what? Extremely dissatisfied with this store.
