Thom was OUTSTANDING! He helped us switch out if a terrible predatory verizon wireless plan. Paid off 1000 dollars remaining on our two phones, transferred the service to T Mobile. Instead of paying 300-400 dollars a month, we are now only paying a bit over 200 a month - and that includes Free Netflix, two new apple watches (one big and one small), comprehensive phone protection plan (that replaces phone for only 99 dollars!), high speed internet (meaning i don’t pay ridiculous 80 dollars a month with Cox for terrible connectivity all months every night), unlimited texts and data. Taxes included. We are more than happy. Thom stayed 45 minutes past through the store close time to take great care of us. He was highly informative, very pleasant, extremely diligent, and very professional. He should get a big promotion and pay raise in 2024. He is a great asset to T Mobile. When accounting for all the savings, Thom with T Mobile is saving is 150-200 dollars a month with a LOT more features and two apple watches. Pay half the price as Verizon Wireless and get thrice or 4 times as much in return. I would very highly recommend both Thom and T Mobile. Dan, Thom’s colleague, was also very pleasant, professional, helpful, and stayed long. We recommend him as well, though our entire transaction was done with Thom.- Dr Vatsal B Patel, MD, MBA, DABR.

Recently had issues with my amazon account. I visit the Corp store on Marks hoping for help. Ricardo was trying but either unable or just not interested.Visit the store on 665 S Green valley. Talked to Thom, explained what happened , within 10 min. he figured it out and fixed it.Kudos to Thom who never lost his patience for the many questions I had. A 5 Star performer and an asset to the company.

If I could give the store a negative I would the most incoherent, unfriendly, obnoxious girl, I have ever dealt with in my life. Would not go back to the store. I am canceling my Verizon account. They are pure trash do not trust anything they say.

Terrible service. Went to return a device today. It looks like high school kids with no adults to provide guidance. Most of the workers are unaware of their own policies. There is no check in lane. Just a bunch of tables all over the place. Good luck if you must go there.

This review is for Mackenzie. I am so grateful to have met her. She fixed everything that everyone either messed up or could not fix. I have only been with T-Mobile Business for less than two months and have already experienced connection problems and billing and communication problems. After speaking with 7 people at the T-Mobile stores and central customer service and tech support, they asked me to go to a store again. Since the team members at the stores closer to me greeted their customers in seemingly exasperated and irritated ways and were short with me, I decided to take a drive to this store. Mackenzie greeted me in a very friendly and courteous manner and even apologized for the others' behavior and inefficiency. ***Even better, in one sitting, Mackenzie solved all my problems that 7 other people could not.*** I was on the verge of changing the carrier for all the other's mishaps but decided to give T-Mobile a second chance now that I had met Mackenzie. All has gone smoothly since you helped me. Thank you, Mackenzie.

I was with TMobile for a while but could never get service when I go to northern NV.Now I have Verizon and I have NO PROBLEM even through the mountains

Carolina was amazing today. The beautiful woman greeted me with a smile and was very hospitable. Not only that she was very helpful and fashion forward when it came to matching my watch with phone/clothes. From helping choose a color to setting up my phone and watch she was very patient with me, she was kind, caring, as well knowledgeable! She should get a raise and be promoted!!! Thom was also a great help answering my questions too! God Bless her because I'm suffer from brain damage so it was a breath of fresh air to find someone so sweet and understanding.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I traded a Apple XR in at the end of shift. The sales tech said I can come back in the next day to transfer everything over. When I came back in the next day to transfer my info the device they brought up from the back with my name and phone number on it was some Samsung phone that I didn't own. They had no clue what happened to the phone. I'm pretty sure one of the employees stole the phone based on how they all were acting. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! THEY ARE ALL CROOKS HERE!

Unfortunately, I have to give another T-Mobile store a negative review. This is the second store that I visited this week with horrible results. My wait time was not as bad as previous trips (20 - 60 minutes), and I was greeted when I walked in. However, unlike other stores, there is no place to sit. This is not an ideal location for those who can not stand for over 20 minutes long. My main complaint is once again the staff. I brought in my $1,800 phone, which is under a factory warranty. My replacement phone was in the store waiting. All 3 of the employees refused to honor the warranty because I failed to list a second factory defect I did not even know existed. The blemish was almost microscopic. Arguing with ill-trained employees was not something I wanted to do. I called T-Mobile customer service, and they credited my account for $150 for my continued inconvenience, further substantiating the store employees' lack of knowledge. I'm off to yet another location tomorrow.

Worst place ever every time you go in there your there for an hour severely understaffed and the manager is a dump and rude as hell Justin is his name what a mess that place is the associates were not rude. Get rid of that wanna be manager he doesn't know how to talk to people.

This is the worst T mobile ever, The customer services that I experience was very bad with Stefan. Stefan wouldn't even greet me or get up out of the chair he wanted me to come to him for help. I'll never return to this location.

Came to make an adjustment to my T-Mobile line, was told "Just call 611." No point in going to any retail locations if they just ask you to leave and call support. Useless.

Stefan and Justin are amazing!. I needed help with my phone, and they were super patient with me. My issues were resolved really quickly. This is the only location I'll go back to, thank you both!

I went to that Green Valley store and they were horrible, the employee did not know what she was doing and messed up transferring my data and photos from my old phone to the new one and truly messed up my information. I had a bad taste of this experience so I didn't go back but I need assistance in seeking salvage for what is left of the old phone my apps are freezing and I am paying too much for the free phone services, what to do, which store is better the Silverado ranch but I live in Henderson and I am a senior citizen maybe the green valley store doesn't like seniors, something is wrong with that green valley store.
