Ordered through the app, delivery, and food was delivered to the wrong house. Went to the store myself to get the correct food and was told that there’s nothing they can do because it was through the app. So while I reordered my food through the app for pickup and paid for it again because “there’s nothing they can do” I get to hear the workers casually swearing while working. Nothing about this experience was positive. Taco Bell had every opportunity to rectify a bad situation and instead made it worse.

Taco Bell. It is what it is, but I have been a fan since I was a kid. Of course it has changed a lot over the years, menu, prices, etc. I usually stick with the crunchy tacos and bean burrito. Maybe it was at ‘this trip’ thing, but it seemed like the tacos were more loaded with beef, lettuce and cheese than normal. In any case, for a fast food place it is pretty good. Plenty of hot sauce choices, Pepsi, not Coke (yeah)

Went to the drive-thru. The person who took our order was cheerful, was easy to understand over the speakers, and we got all our orders right. Food was good, but the cheese in the cheese roll-ups was just sprinkled in and was not melted at all.

I only go to the drive thru, usually for breakfast. Every time I go there I am greeted with a friendly pleasant person. I appreciate that! It helps me enjoy the morning.

Check your orders, missing items galore and steal your money. Ruined my Taco Bell experience. Won't be going to Taco Bell's anymore.

Good olé Taco Bell. Always enjoyable for fast food occasionally. It's not true Mexican food but still good to eat. Fast service and clean place to eat.

Just received the best customer service and food I’ve ever gotten in my life at any fast food restaurant. The gentlemen with the beard working the drive through was so patient and kind, and I felt genuine care from him. And my food was perfect. Best chicken crunch wrap I’ve ever had. I just finished it in like 2 minutes and I had to write a review because I am so happy with my experience. Whoever that bearded man is deserves a raise

The lady who took my order acted like I was an inconvenience and when I tried to sit at a table to eat, every single table was dirty. This place is disgusting.

Where's the beef!?! How does taco bell have the nerve to charge people almost $6 for these things and then not put any meat in them? And it wasn't a mistake. I had two, and both were the same.

I went there at night at 9:30 p.m. on Monday the 26th. This is the best crew I've seen at a Taco Bell ever and everyone was so nice and made sure my food and experience was great. Thanks to you all, the company is lucky to have you.

I went to Taco Bell today, for lunch got me a number 10 and a large Pepsi. I finished my food. My ice finally melted in my Pepsi and I have pieces of material,rock like material at the bottom of my cup. which is probably from the ice machine and I had all kinds of debris floating in there and I don't know how much I drink. But it's disgusting.
