Worst place ever not to mention their horrible employee what a know it all . She was very argumentative I believe her name is Heather G. She should learn how to be kind to other people especially customers. I seen her out and about in uniform being rude to employees at the market across the street. If you are going to represent target then Heather should know how to treat others while wearing a shirt that represents target.

Not a fan of music being played in store. It is too loud in my opinion every-time I to go shopping there. Especially early in the morning. I prefer it to be calm, quiet, and peaceful when I do my shopping. Although the store is very close to me, I much prefer to drive out a lil further to the Green Valley location where it is much cleaner & peaceful.

I got ripped off $157.50 because their shipper didn't deliver my groceries and Target won't refund my money, and their shipper won't respond to my messages.
I'm totally PO'ed.
DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS TARGET
THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF(deliverywise)

We came to look for some clothes and when I went to go try them on a customer forgot an item in one of the dressing rooms and all the others were taken so I waited for her to pass and the older lady working the dressing room area was waiting on me to pass and proceeds to say in a rude tone "just go". I said I'm waiting on her to pass. No need to take out your frustrations on other customers if you're having a bad day! Sounded like she kept being rude to others too as I left. Thanks for making my decision easier in not coming back to this Target.

My buddy bought a product on 12/7 that said it has 12 packs of Pokemon cards for $50. When he opened the box, it only had 10 packs. He went back to exchange it and the manager raised a stink and refused to do anything. I understand that their policy says no returns, but this issue is different. He spent money on a product that promised a specific amount of packs and didn’t receive the correct amount. Instead of being a decent manager and providing service recovery, you instead start calling him for trespassing because he was upset about the situation.

Worst place ever ran my card so many times till I had no more money couldn't get my son his formula because they took to much money out because there systems arnt working right and basically said not our problem call your bank on a Sunday when everyone knows you can't do anything till it's not pending so basically can't get the formula because can't get the money back till it's not pending... horrible place would not recommend be careful using cards people...

The developers of Targets POS system get have been inducted in the war on the poor hall of shame. If you have a NetSpend card they put a block on it so you cant get cash back.

I don’t care for using their self checkouts, because the workers always make me feel a certain way. I will wait in the lines where they will scan your items even if it’s super long just to avoid that feeling. I love the drive up though, but I think I will start driving a little extra to another Target close by.

This is the first target I’ve ever been to in the whole United States, where the customer service is much worse than the service at Walmart, and Walmart is not good at all. Every associate is extremely rude. And the associates at the checkouts scan extremely slowly when the lines are constantly backed up. Just terrible service at this location.
