2nd time at this location and apparently not all target locations are priced the same for Christmas items. I thought all Christmas items were 50% off after Christmas but this location said it’s up
To the store director to put certain Christmas items on 50% off. Very interesting policy I wasn’t aware of. I was able to get 50% Christmas items at the Silverado location last week but not at this one. Kind of disappointing because I went to Target just for the Christmas items and had to put them back at checkout 🤦🏽♀️

This Target has a good selection of items, and is generally a pleasant place to shop, if you don't need to interact with any of the staff.
With the exception of a few warm and kind cashiers, the customer service at this location is very poor. Lots of people with angry faces who don't even so much as say hello. If you need assistance with something and ask for that assistance, their faces become angrier.
Also, they lock a lot of their items in glass cabinets (fairly common in most stores), but good luck trying to get someone to help you retrieve the item so you can buy it. We asked a nearby employee to assist us in retrieving one such item so we could purchase it, and the employee called someone on their radio to come assist us. We waited 20 minutes, and no one ever arrived to assist us, so we gave up. At that point, I would prefer a system where the locked cabinets have touch screens that allow you to pay and will dispense your items with a receipt. I would much prefer that to dealing with angry workers who don't want to do their jobs.

Horrible customer service and management team. You would most likely get better customer service from a 99 cent store that is understaffed.

The worse experience ever . Usually Target has better customer service over Walmart, but not this store . Very sad 😭😭😭😭😭

Had no issues with our service dogs but do wish staff was educated on service dogs and the ADA. Cute stuff for sale and friendly staff.
Please stop allowing pets into your store. Have seen multiple dogs that aren’t under their owners control (per ADA law this is reason to kick them out and a reason the dog most likely is not a service dog. If a dog cannot handle public access it shouldn’t be there). This endangers me and my service dog, but also makes it harder for us with service dogs as the public will begin to assume service dogs are untrained and unruly like the pets brought into Target.

Turned away from self checkout after waiting 5 mins because I had 15 mostly small items. Had to wait 15 mins in one of two checkout lines open as I watch 30+ people go through self checkout line. One or two self checkout stands remained free duringmost of my agonizing wait. Then after waiting my checkout process from a cashier takes approximately 10x longer than it would have taken me to quickly scan my items. Great efficiency and customer service!

Of course the self checkout is closed.This place has the slowest and laziest cashiers I've ever seen at any Target. I've left items near the checkout and just walked out. That's how long they take and chat with others instead of doing their jobs. What a waste of time. This a nice part of town,but the employees don't match the class of people who live around here.

Brandon was a very nice cashier and had some good conversation! This target also has everything we came for 99% of the time. And we still end up getting a few things we don't need.
