whoever was working customer service on 1/20/24 at 9:15pm he was amazing. i explained that an item i got was missing parts and asked if i could have one put on hold till the next day and he was honest that it wouldnt be a guarantee it would still be there but would put a note on it explaining the reason and it would most likely not be an issue holding it.Thank you so much for your help! I wish i had gotten your name.

This Target was clean and not too crowded. Great customer service when we had to return a couple items. Hassle free with no issues. Selection is great and good value. Great Target to shop at

Customer service is excellent! I was in the most stressful situation with a product I purchased at this specific Target - I also reached out via chat and everybody was very helpful! I will definitely be shopping at this Target only! Thank you all again

Pretty unhelpful customer service :(Came early to get an item I knew would be sold out by the end of the day, I saw that it was in stock but hadnt been put on the floor yet. It was a blind box release which have codes on the bottom correlating to the figure inside, so I needed to look at the codes in order get the correct one I was looking for.I asked customer service about it and was basically told that, yeah it was in the back. Instead of getting it from the back or having someone get it, basically I was told to order it online (cannot look at the code that way and would have just got a random one) or come back later.Sure enough later in the day when I checked again the app said there were only five left in stock, by now there are none. I went to a different target looking for the same thing and the employee I spoke to there happily retrieved the blind boxes from the back for me, but by this point I wasn't the first so again the one I was actually looking for had been bought already. This was why I had made a point to show up early to this first location but for some reason here they wouldn't just get me one from the back. I guess I should have asked somebody else, but I really shouldn't have had to.Yeah it's just a blind box toy, but I am pretty frustrated that after doing everything I could have done, arriving early on release day to secure one, they ended up sold out by the end of the day anyway after customer service wouldn't just sell me one in the store.

I shop at this store probably 3 x a week. I was just there and checking out at 2:30 today, register 4. The manager opened this register because there were a lot of people. Josephine was the cashier, I approached the register, said "hello" how are you?" She was brooding, not looking up and I watched her ring up my items. Mostly from the Dollar section. I purchased 10 tiny glass Xmas trees and watched her dump ALL of them into a plastic bag. Still brooding, I asked her to PLEASE wrap up some plastic bags and just stuff it amongst the 10 of the trees so they wouldn't chip as I was driving home and they were bumping together. She finally wrapped 3-4 of them in Paper, (didn't tape the paper) and put 3 of the small flocked trees all in one bag and I'm hoping they don't rub and flake the "snow" off. She told me my total was $33.60. I gave her two twenties, ($40.00) and 60 cents in change. Pretty easy huh? No. She handed me back a $10.00 bill. I told her she gave me back too much. She said "no, the machine tells me what to give you" I told her how to count it and she only owed me $7.00. Not only is this girl inept on Target's dime, but she is pretty ticked off helping customers. Better let her go before this weekend! Target will lose a lot of money.... AND customers!

I prefer going to Target over Walmart any day of the week, not only is not overly crowded but they have much more convenience in their stores. I like the fact that you are not forced to go through self checkout only, I like to have the full shopping experience of not having to bag my own stuff when I have a big shopping list, (whereas the competition doesn't. I also find it very convenient when I only have a few items I need to get, I use the Target app and order ahead and pickup within 2 hours. It's definitely a little pricier than Walmart but the quality and convenience makes it worth it, plus it's close to home. Bonus their carts don't make annoying wobbling sounds, and the carts have a cup holder for your beverage. The cashiers are always friendly as well.

Target has almost everything a household can use. The prices for groceries were pretty high. It was clean and helpful with clear signage. However, I couldn’t find an employee when I had a question. Cashiers are busy but the cashier I had was genuinely friendly and patient.

Great service!Very helpful even though I had to return the item I bought a couple weeks later. There was no problem with the return either. Fast friendly service.I don't give many 5 star reviews as well.

Target is so unpleasant. The parking lot is filthy. The entire store looks like a big dirty public restroom. It's a complete mess. How can anyone shop in such a hideous place. They produce so much plastic junk that will just end up in a landfill. What a wasteland of trash and toxic chemicals.
