Horrible. Lack of transparency. The employees are some of the most incompetent people I have met in a while. Still waiting on the community guidelines and rules after asking for them repeatedly. Yet, I get ghosted. However I am getting violations for rules I don’t know exist. Stay away,

Absolutely worst to deal with, if you call regarding any issue you are constantly put on hold , sent to the wrong person or straight to voice mail. They put more effort into avoiding any questions than providing any answer. Total rip off.

Over a month and they won't get a simple repair done, but someone left a brick by my air conditioning unit and I'm getting emailed about it within 24hrs. What a joke.
