I love the oversized self auto wash! Always clean and no issues. One downside is the labels on the selector are only half legible at best.

I stayed in a nearby hotel in Henderson and came here to get fuel before my drive home to Southern California. The gas station was clean and the pump that I used was in good working condition. I used FastPay and paid with Google Pay at the pump. That was super convenient to take care of the transaction right at the pump. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. It was sad however, to see that the price of gas is high again with premium 91 octane gas at over $4 a gallon! Still, that's cheaper than what I pay in California!

Clerk was rude and wasn't wearing his mask properly it was under his chin and a homeless looking lady with no mask was roaming this small gas station. Don't stop here

I don't shop there, I don't buy gas there, but I will without a doubt use their New and improved car wash every time. They made it easier to use, by allowing credit card use... No more chasing down the almighty quarter...! High pressure wash/foam brush/air dry... And free vacuums make this the best choice on Lake Mead Parkway.

The drive thru wash is adequate for the price, but not spectacular.

I cashed out $700 after getting incredibly lucky playing video poker...then the attendant told me he couldn't give me my money and that I would have to wait up to "6 hours" for someone to arrive and pay me. No where in the store is there a sign stating anything about this inconvenience...and for the risk you're taking while supporting their store...you should be treated better than that. If I could give zero stars...I would.

It seems Terrible Herbst (Chevron Stations) have higher gas prices than other fuel stations. It is what it is when your heading out to the lake and it is literally the last fuel stop on your way to Lake Mead. Over all a few cents higher isn't a huge deal. However there is bench and patio type seats outside the store where it appears some homeless people hang out. On our stop there, about 3-4 of them and all their belongings were hanging out over there. I have no issue with them, except everywhere you stop these days someone has to ask you for a handout, or something. The area over there is dirty and not well kept most likely due to the transient population that is occupying that area. Next the bathroom situation in this establishment is less than acceptable. The bathroom smells horrible, trash all over the floor, no paper towels. The staff on this morning visit was not friendly, and seemed inconvenienced when I asked for air to be turned on at the air compressor for tire inflation. The positive part about this station is the two do it your self car wash stalls. One of which is over sized for boats and RVs. This makes it nice on your way beck into town to give the boat a good clean down in a shaded stall if you wish. There is also a drive thru touchless wash that if your car isn't crazy dirty would be a decent option. I'm not crazy about this location, and honestly I don't care for Terrible Herbst fuel stations in general, I would rather go to Smiths or a Maverick station. Unfortunately there is not many Maverick stations in Henderson. There is also very few Smiths stations.

Stopped to get fuel and it's a good thing I had my card. I actually needed to get some stuff inside also. Never have seen a convenient store lock the doors for 15 min. Seems like you would have coverage to keep it open at all times

I know it's merely a gas station, but the customer service was horrible. If they could've refunded my gas purchase, I certainly would've asked for one. When we went to pay for our items an old white man that, WASN'T EVEN OUR CASHIER, asked if we had an EBT card. There's nothing wrong with an EBT card, the nerve of him to ask if we had one was beyond us. We hadn't even swiped the card yet. He claims he thought that we we're having trouble with the card. Why not ask if we were having trouble with our card? There was a white lady in front of us in line. She had a debit card and he didn't ask her.

I never typically get gas here but thought I'd give it a try considering you get 'a free cup of coffee' with gas purchase. It was .25 more per gallon and I didn't get my cup of coffee. Seems I made a bad choice. But I learned my lesson! Manager couldn't help me... probably won't be back:(

The staff is fine, and is the only reason for 2 stars. But the card readers are constantly having issues and the nozzles leak gas, this station, like the name, is terrible. Will be paying the $0.35 fee across the street at the other station going forward.

The self serve car wash is dirty and only two of the stalls are working. The one that was "working" ate my quarters after I had soaped up my car and I had to pull out and wait for the other car to move from the only remaining stall. Everything is falling apart. You would think they could afford to fix things.

I was visiting someone in the Henderson Hospital, this place was on way. I wanted to purchase reasonable priced beverages before spending the day visiting. I bought some pastries, after 3 days of stale food, I gave up. At least the employees were courteous. This store really lives up to its name. Terrible!
