I live on the East Coast and owned a rental property in Henderson, NV that was in desperate need of updating after a long term tenant moved out. Eloff arranged for new floors, paint, countertops, lighting, appliances, and much more in less than a month’s time and without breaking the bank. Then he went on to list and sell the property at a great price. He is a trustworthy person and a responsive and knowledgeable realtor who truly goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend him.

Most of time it takes a while to receive a response from property managers. I did not have that problem. I had an issue with the front doorknob. It would not lock properly. Eloff sent a maintenance technician immediately. In less than two hours, it was replaced with a brand new lock! I was impressed. Nora and Eloff Perez are definitely top notch! Thanks for having me.

Eloff and Nora manage three of our properties here in Las Vegas and Henderson. We are so grateful to have them as our property managers. They handle all the day-to-day operations on the properties and make sure that the tenants are happy and repairs are done quickly and efficiently. We relocated to Las Vegas 3 years ago and needed help in finding a home for our growing family. Not knowing the area was a challenge for us so we contacted Eloff to help us with our home search. Using Eloff as our agent and property manager was the best decision. He is great at what he does and truly cares about his clients’ needs. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing.
