Good store with an awesome mission. This place is super affordable and has a decent selection.

Everything that sold here is overpriced. They charge an arm and a leg for something that’s old and not new. I do not recommend this store.

I don’t want to rate low because it’s a nice store and they support a good cause. But I wanted to leave a suggestion. The prices here are alongside that of Goodwill ($1 for a glass, $7 for a pair of pants etc) but some things are priced way too high. I picked up a gold candlestick holder and it was $25! This is a thrift store and you get your items for free. There was an employee stocking the shelves who was sighing loudly and complaining that there was nowhere to put anything. There is also a huge pile of donations at the back dropoff area. And I mean a ton of stuff just sitting there in the sun! Would you not make more money if you priced things affordably (not based on eBay prices, where sellers often have room to store inventory for months on end until the right buyer comes along)? Even if that candlestick was $10 I would have put it back. Lower prices, move more stock, be able to accept more donations without worrying about people taking things from the back (for free) that were donated to you (for free).

I tried to call but it was answered "Straight Talk." So, I'm telling you via the email address. I also had trouble moving your pick up logo so I could see the email address.
I like your store and hope to see you Saturday.
I left my phone number so you could let me know if you get a medium sized manual wheelchair I can afford as mine is on it's last wheel
Jacqueline Reyes " Lee" please.
Let me know when or if you get one. I get paid direct deposit on third.
Thank you.

This place is lovely! First off they support the locals with donations to women shelters. They also are very easy to donate to, simply pull up during proper hours and let someone kindly know you have a donation. The prices are fair, staff is friendly, and they’re supporting a great cause. Have found some nice finds and donated as well here.

I was looking for a place to donate and shop that actually does good for others, as they claim. While, I have only gone once so far, I love this store. I couldn't believe that I could fill a whole bag with books for a dollar! On top of that, the Gentleman who took my donations told me about how they actually support the local Women's Shelter.I will not only be back but will be bringing friends and passing the word.

This is a good thrift store but they have a few things to work on. This is a small store and it’s getting to the point you can’t walk through the store or browse through the racks comfortably due to being over packed. They occasionally have decent brands but have become greedy lately. $60 for a used Lululemon workout jacket is absurd. $60 for fake Uggs, no thanks. This is the reason I’ve stopped donating here. I have previously donated very expensive clothing here but feel like the greed factor has put me off to helping them out. When I thrift I want to bargain shop. If I want to pay more then I shop retail. I don’t pay high prices to thrift, unless it’s a high end consignment. Which this is not. I also had a weird experience donating some very expensive clothing where the worker just gave me a dirty look and didn’t even say thank you, so I don’t donate there anymore.

Hello and Thank you, is it really that hard to say?I've tried to support this thrift store by purchasing items along with donating items. The folks in the front of the store have great customer service skills. But it boggles my mind that when I donate something at the back of the store (and I have several times) some of the workers won't even acknowledge you with a Hello. Then they take your items and act like they're doing YOU a favor. And to top it off they don’t even offer up a thank you. I've complained about this in the past but it seems to fall upon deaf ears. Who's doing who a favor here? Is it really that hard to say hello and thank you when someone donates items to you?***UPDATE 10-2023*** I'm happy to say that the things have changed for the better. On several resent visits to donate items at the back of the store I've been greeted with a high level of appreciation and gratitude. Thank you for helping me feel good about supporting The Giving Store.

Store is well organized. If you're looking for higher quality furnishings and personal items it's great. If you're looking for a great deal or are a reseller AVOID! Items are priced using eBay and meticulously picked through by a trained eye that works here.
