This spot is our favorite doggy spa spot for self-service wash!! Depending on the day, the wash bays become available fairly quickly and for $15 they provide everything you need, soap, brushes, ear cleaner, towels and a lil perfume for some extra smell good!! The dryers are pretty powerful but with only 3 tables there can often be a wait but people are pretty respectful and the rotation moves fast! They also have treats and other dog supplies within the store, and staff is always very friendly and happy to assist with anything you need! Oh did I also mention you get to see some pretty adorable dogs while you're there! And they are usually all so well behaved!!

Worst customer service attitude ever. I have a friend who mentioned the same thing about this place and won't got back. I've been a few times to self wash my dog. guess I never ran into the person.. until today.. if she isn't the owner she needs some definite attitude counseling. If she is, it is even worse.. won't be returning and will certainly be telling others.

I used to love this place. I've gone for years and the staff was always super nice. The service was great, the shampoo options are wonderful and you can't beat the price. However, the love affair ended this past Sunday when I took my two golden doodles to be bathed. Now, because I've gone there for years, I am aware of their hours and the policy that the last bath is at 5 pm. We had a super busy Sunday and weren't able to get there any sooner than almost 5. Because I know that sometimes there isn't a tub open, I left my dogs in the car with my hubby while I went in to see if two tubs were available. I walked in at 4:56 and only one tub was in use (3 tubs open). So I asked if I was able to bring my pups in. The girl behind the counter (tall skinny blond who doesn't enjoy smiling, apparently) told me that I had to be there before 5 pm to be able to bathe my dogs. So I looked at my watch to verify it was in fact before 5 pm, seeing the time, I was confused. So I said, "It is before 5. It's almost 5, but I have 4:57." I then showed her my watch to confirm that I'm not going crazy. She replied with "Yeah, well we don't go by that time, we go by our clock." First, satellite time is the actual time. I'll leave that point there. Second, I looked up at their clock and it was 5:00 on the dot. Just turned, according to the second hand. So I point that out. She says she can't do it because the dogs aren't in the shop already. I thought she was under the impression that I didn't have my dogs with me, so I tell her they're in the car right outside. She responds with "No. You need to be inside with your dogs by 5 pm." I look up again and it's now 30 seconds after 5 pm (still in the 5:00 minute). I say to her "We're 30 seconds after 5 pm, can I please bring them in?" She throws her arms up and says "Fine! Bring them in." I was shocked by her reaction because it was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I go get my dogs and my husband and I walk in, seeing this girl ranting and raving her way to the back of the store, complaining to her coworker and the one patron who was in there. (Again, super professional.) She starts to get the first tub ready and says, "In the future, you need to be in the store with your dogs by 5 pm." So I again look at my watch. It's 5:00 on the dot. My dogs are inside with me. I tell her it's currently 5, and she bursts out, "WE DON'T GO BY YOUR WATCH!". (Not that it matters, but it's a Samsung watch, so it's not like I set my watch wrong.) So I turned my dogs right around and said I'd be taking my business elsewhere. She tried to say it wasn't a problem, but it so clearly was. In the past, I would've sang this place's praises. That staff member notwithstanding, it's pretty great. However, the experience that I had and the clear disregard for actual time was so frustrating and off-putting that I won't be back. If you know you set your clock fast so that you can leave early, don't be a jerk about it. If you're looking for a self-wash place and you end up here, do yourself a favor and don't show up anywhere near 5 pm.

To quote my girlfriend, "Wow this is great. You get a bath with free shampoo and you don't even have to clean up after" In all seriousness, I've been to many dog washes. Most have damp crowded little rooms and the tubs are never really clean. Here they are open air with plastic dividers, and we showed up and immediately were given a nice clean tub and all the gear on a shelf beside it. Our dog hates baths but this makes it easier for us to keep him clean (and less itchy). Only downside is that the water never seemed to get warm, and he rejected being sprayed with room temperature water

This establishment has a deficiency in customer service, as echoed by numerous reviews. The ladies who run the place are impolite and unfriendly. Despite giving the place a second chance, it appears that their demeanor remains consistent. The shampoos are overly diluted making them more like colored water. Considering the ample alternatives in the valley, it might be advisable to explore other options.

We are visiting and needed a place near the in-laws to bathe our Newf before our flight out this evening. I did a quick Yelp search and from what I understood this was the closest one to them (10mins). I saw some mixed reviews but I'm doing all the work. Honestly that's like giving yourself a bad review haha! So let's get down to business. Upon entry it is not your typical hoity-toity boutique dog wash. It is practical and easy to load your 130lb dog in the tub. The cute antique tubs are adorable and pleasant to the eye. But not ideal when it's time to load your giant dog in the tub because he weighs more than you! So I appreciated these risen tubs. Shower curtains in between tubs to hopefully avoid and accidentally get sprayed from behind you haha! At first all the dog food, toys, treats, etc is all up front and BAM in your face. But the rest of the store was clean and welcoming. $15 unlimited warm water, shampoo & conditioner, towels, and drying machine. And they clean up after you. Chúey just needed an easy wash and dry. Just so he was clean enough to fly in the airplane main cabin. So for the extra special shampoos I'm sure the price goes up. But remember. Unlimited shampoo & conditioner! Anyways, I appreciated the super powerful dryer. When one has a water resistant dog anything with extra power is appreciated. The staff were welcoming, helpful, kind and sociable. The drying area and tubs were clean. But the 40mins we were in here. They were pumping out dogs. All big dogs! We had labs, ridgebacks, labor-doodles, newfoundlands and large mutts. No barking, biting or fighting here. Just be prepared to get a bit wet. Dogs like to shake, so roll them sleeves up n scrub that dog. Enjoy the frustrating experience if your dog hates water. Or enjoy this bonding time if your pup (like mine) loves water. We have our spot for all our visits from now on instead of dirtying the in laws bathroom. Stay safe soggy dog! Until next time!

Terrible, my pup got shaved to close two different times. My poor girl was razor burned. Made appointment showed up, and she wasn't there.

Very clean and I love the products they offer to shampoo/condition your pooch. Staff should be more accommodating (it was my first time there and the staff kinda hurried me out - it was Saturday and busy, so I understand), but they were nice. I'll be back; most likely during the week when they are not so busy. Thanks Soggy Dog!

One of my favorite places to go- staff is wonderful. Shampoo/conditioners are great, lots of towels, dryers are super powerful. Dog food, treats, and random pet stuff reasonably priced. Thank you.

This place is great! I have used the self service doggy wash as well as had Monica trim my dogs nails and both were a huge success. Highly recommend!

I went for my first time with my two dogs. My mom took one dog and I took the other one. The front staff person wasn't really helpful. She was short with her words, looked irritated when I would ask for anything and didn't seem helpful. Because of that experience I won't be coming back. Also wished they would clean up after each dog after the blow dryer use.

I have been here twice for the DIY Dog Wash. both times everything was good. The only thing I would change is that the tubs are walk-in tubs, and there was a way to control the water pressure and the cone spray. Also, bring your own smock or apron because the ones they provide leak. There’s also an awesome retail store to check out!

This was my first time going to the SoggyDog.. I love this place. Luna, who is a husky, is blowing her coat. So anyone who has a husky knows fur is everywhere! The ladies helped me out with deshedding shampoo and conditioner. I used the whole bottle of both! And when it came time to have her nails clipped, the lady was very patient with my fur baby and did an amazing job! It's definitely worth going back!!!
