We moved here a few weeks ago. Taylor, Zenia and Marisol were all so helpful and made the difficult process of leasing and moving as easy as possible. We really like it here, the pool is great, the location ideal and Dustin is very quick to address any little thing in our apartment that needs maintenance. The management has proven to be excellent. The complex is clean and well maintained and the office is communicative and available to help with everything. 100% satisfied with our choice to move in here.

I had a water heater leaking emergency and the maintenance team of Robert, Howard, Dustin, and Teresa acted fast and professionally with care to my personal belongings. They got the water under control, removed the broken heater, installed a new heater, and cleaned up the water mess better than it was before. All in the space of just a hour or two. Incredible service! Highly recommend them as they are especially excellent at maintenance requests and quickly fixing things the same day. Even a broken light bulb!

Great property. We’ve lived here a year and renewed for a 16 month lease. We feel safe here. Well maintained property. Zenia Chan is a great employee. All maintenance staff are great and quick to respond.

2 years ago was good this apartments but NOW with the new manager everything is bad!!!!!!
service is bad , request for a regular maintenance is bad and impossible they take long as they can , they do not care about necessities!

used to like it here but it complex is pretty NOISY on my days off. Lots of kids running around (which is fine but not when they bang on my windows and leave sticky stuff on peoples cars). Also a safety hazard letting kids running in a busy parking lot unsupervised.
lots of people here work in their cars/motorcycles outside. which is fine but there are LOUD ENGINE REVVING at any hr of the night or day.
I have brought up these issues to management several times along with my next door neighbors. No changes. poor communication.
other than that is a safe regular apt complex.

One of the best services ever!!!! Excellent! I want to name each person by name Tara, Larissa, &Tania each helped me with my move and welcome me at the Summit By Picerne moving is to stressful and made it easy and better for me. I am truly happy, to be in one of the best places in Las Vegas NV.

Current tenant and I love it not to mention considering transferring units and let me tell you the entire office Sasha Larisha and Tania are so amazing they make everything super easy and convenient. Not to mention how great the community is.
