Management/owners need to take a serious look at who’s representing them. The staff are some of the rudest people I’ve come across. They rolled their eyes about a customer they were dealing with. The girl and some guy AJ. The guy on the phone “helping” someone was saying the words “like I said” to a person he was talking to. It’s a rude way to say I said it before. Unfriendly staff, they don’t acknowledge you with a hello or say thank you. They also don’t help you. I was trying to put my items up on the counter and they had all kinds of other items in the way and didn’t move them. What miserable people. Find some new staff!

I'm writing this review because I made some Amazon returns and had no idea what I was doing. The clerk took the time to walk me thru everything and I had a few packages to return. She didn't get frustrated with me and actually taught me how to do it. Now I'm Amazon return literate!
I've been to other UPS stores and there are long wait times and the people aren't friendly. It's an uncomfortable feeling when there is a long line behind you and you're trying to figure things out.
They always have a notary available when the banks don't have one and the prices aren't bad either.

I can’t say enough good things about this UPS Store! Every time I visit, the team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with smiles and a genuine willingness to assist with whatever you need.
Whether I’m shipping packages, printing documents, or dealing with something more complicated, the staff always goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. They’re knowledgeable, efficient, and take the time to answer any questions with patience and care.

Taylor was amazing. She was extremely helpful and friendly. I've always been in and out of this place with a positive experience. Usually I drop off Amazon returns and this location if fast and easy as can be.

The most confrontational and rude person I’ve EVER encountered. Two other employees standing there listening to everything and said nothing. Completely beside myself I just grabbed my package and left. Truly feel sorry for the owner of this location.

UPS Store 7311 – Unpleasant Experience
I recently had an unfortunate experience at UPS Store 7311 that left me feeling dissatisfied and marginalized. After calling the store to inquire about assistance with shipping materials, I spoke with Colin, who provided minimal information over the phone. Upon arriving at the store, I was disappointed to find that Colin did not greet or acknowledge me, even after I asked the other employee, Howard, for assistance. Despite my efforts to engage, Colin remained distant and unresponsive.
Howard, on the other hand, was very helpful and accommodating throughout my visit. However, I couldn’t help but notice a clear difference in how Colin interacted with other customers in the store, particularly non-African American customers, whom he greeted while I received no acknowledgment. This left me feeling discriminated against and uncomfortable.
I also experienced frustration when Colin refused to assist with my shipping inquiry, claiming the store did not have the necessary express boxes. He informed me that this location was independently owned and that I would need to visit a corporate store several miles away. This explanation felt dismissive, especially considering Howard’s willingness to help. To add insult to injury, Colin contacted me 15 minutes after I left the store, stating that he had suddenly found the boxes I was looking for—something he made no effort to check during my visit, despite my prior phone call.
While Howard’s professionalism and attentiveness were commendable, Colin’s lack of engagement and assistance marred the entire experience. It is disappointing when customer service falls short, particularly when a situation leaves you feeling disrespected or treated unfairly.
I would like to see action taken to rectify this situation so that no one else in the community who looks like me has to experience the same treatment. It is important that all customers are treated with respect and provided with equal service, regardless of background. I hope this feedback leads to improvements in how this store serves its diverse clientele.

Use this store at your own risk. I paid close to $100 to have a package shipped UPS Next Day Air Early Sat Arrival. It was ultimately delivered 4 days late. I went into this store to request a reimbursement of the postage, due to late delivery. I initially tried to file the reimbursement claim online with UPS but could not complete it and received the following message, "We are sorry your package was delayed, if you are seeking reimbursement of your shipping fees, please contact the store you shipped your package from (this one) and they can submit a request to UPS for a Guaranteed Service Refund".
I followed these directions and went into this store (twice), showed this message to the "manager" on duty (forget his name but had some kind of beard) and asked him to help me obtain this reimbursement. To say that he was rude and absolutely useless is being kind. He told me I needed to file the claim with UPS, which I already did and received the message above... he told me they are not responsible while wearing a shirt with a UPS patch on it... he told me it was too late to file this claim (wrong)... he then told me that the next day was the "expected" delivery date and was not "guaranteed"... he used every excuse he could think of and when one didn't work he moved on to another, just trying anything to get me out of the store... he didn't even "try" to help by reaching out to UPS on the customers behalf, it was just one rude excuse after another, he couldn't be bothered! I finally got frustrated and left the store, much to his satisfaction I'm sure.
Bottom lines... I will never patronize that, or any, UPS store again, if you have a problem here good luck figuring it out yourself - they are fine with taking your money but not reimbursing it if something goes wrong, and this UPS store should be ashamed of having this particular employee on staff; never mind in some kind of management or customer service role. Patronize at your own risk.
To be fair, the other employees in the store at the time were very nice, and one young lady even tried to help me before she was overruled by this "manager". It's a shame that they have to work with this guy and I honestly hope that his poor attitude never rubs off on them.

Excellent customer. Friendly and superfast service. Staff seem well trained and go above and beyond to assist with returns. So far all my experiences have been 5 stars. As a customer I appreciate that.So glad there is a UPS store so close now.Only negative is the location is in a tiny area between the round about in inspirada, must watch out when backing out due gas station and cars not paying attention. ? But that does not effect the great customer service.

Came in to do amazon returns and ship out some of my paintings. This is was one of the best service I’ve encountered! AJ was quick with the returns and made sure the information was correct on my package to ship out! He also was courteous with making sure my paintings were wrapped nicely! He was also so sweet!

Conner at this UPS was more than amazing with my shipping request. He was able to order a custom sized box within less than 24 hours. Packed a very heavy and fragile item for me then showed me a picture of how secure the item was before shipping out. THANK YOU Connor!!!! Best service ;)

Everytime I go here, I'm always greeted with a friendly smile. Amy is such a joy! She is so helpful, she's always happy and so kind. She works there so much and with how much passion she has about the business, you'd think she owns the place. My mailbox is at another location, but I'm considering moving it to this one because it's always so quick and friendly.

Follow up: Looks like the agent at the store went rogue in retaliation after I indicated I would be making a complaint. He mixed up (I'm sure it was intentional) packaging some orders. I received a notification today from one of the sellers asking why two dresses were included in a particular package. So now I get to mop up the mess they caused.
