This store is one of the busiest tj maxx. You will always have a big line that snakes around. Don’t even get me started on holiday season. Forget it. I won’t even step foot in here. & that’s still with most registers open. Staff is pretty nice and it’s kept well and organized. But I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone in and liked something gone to the line and just left the items because of the line.

Wafa N. was my cashier today and she was so RUDE. she wouldn’t take no for an answer regarding the tj rewards card. she rudely dropped my change in my hand, also dropped my receipt on the table and just pushed it to me, took her sweet time TYPING in the barcodes in stead of scanning it. and when all this was done, she took all my items out of the bag just to repack it. this should’ve been a quick transaction, but instead took up lots of my time and the time of people waiting in line.
her behavior to myself and people before me was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful.
EDIT: thank you for giving me the customer service line, expect a call from me tomorrow. i just noticed the security sensor on my outfit i just bought.🤦🏽♀️

I LOVE tj maxx it’s one of my favorite stores, but this location is terrible! We came in at 10pm tonight (12/12), an hour before
close. They had turned off half the lights inside, closed the fitting rooms AND covered up the jewelry cases. It ruined my shopping experience because half the store was very dim, I didn’t know what fit and I couldn’t look for earrings which was the main purpose of my visit. I found things I loved but ended up passing on all of them because I don’t have time to buy and return if they don’t fit. Super disappointed.

CROWDED!! The line was wrapped through the store. It was warm and humid inside. I think their air handlers/exchangers were out. BUT, I did score some good deals.

Worst TJ Maxx I’ve ever been at. Treats employees like they are working in a sweatshop. $12 an hr is not worth all the work you see only employees doing and managers are laughing in a corner.

Love this store always good finds but the lines are always very very long. Not like it’s packed just 1-2 cashiers is not enough.

I filled my cart with great items to buy, but I ended up putting it all back since the line was all the way to the back of the store.
I thought it would clear up by the time I got in line but I was mistaken. All the employees seemed frantic and stressed out because it was so busy. (They definitely need more employees at this location.)
