My mother-in-law is very happy with the staff and treatment she gets. Staff at all levels has been accomodating. As with any facility like this there are occasional hiccups, but staff is quick to correct. As a family we are happy with the care and accommodations.

My husband was sent to this…place…for respite for me. From moment one it was awful. The food wasn’t fresh or nutritious, no one would help my husband get out of bed and into his wheelchair because he’s a fall risk…that’s why he needs help, he was left to sit in his own filth for 24+ hours, they had no urinals for patients who have “bags” and they drained his urine into a garbage can liner, he was almost given the completely wrong medicine (if I wasn’t there he wouldn’t have realized), he had no access to turn his lights off or on because the light switch is at the door, when we asked for a vomit bag, the caregiver made a disgusted face…you work in a nursing home, how dare you make a face at the idea of a patient vomiting. This was one of the most disgusting excuses for a skilled nursing facility…not skilled at all. The front when you walk in is nice, but the minute you head back…the smell, the dinginess, the people…all awful. Do not go here…ever.

I was there for 3 months. Threats of being moved to Salvation Army by management were almost a daily occurence (for smoking on a patio that had ashtrays and a fire extinguisher). The 'smoking' patio had no ashtrays. The food was awful. Vegetables were ALWAYS cooked until mushy, the seasonings used were apparently a favorite of the cook bc everything tasted the same & the alternative choices weren't much better.I have been waiting almost a month for medication that was supposed to be delivered within a day or 2. I am having to reuse insulin needles. Please visit this place unannounced and see for yourself. Talk to some of the current residents. They can tell you what's going on.

My mother-in-law was there for awhile. The staff are friendly and the place is kept clean. My mother-in-law used the hair salon this week and her hair cut came out great. She wasn't too fond of the dinner last night but they brought her something else upon request by her. There were however issues when she was discharged.

I have been proud to be an employee of TLC Care Center for nearly 7 years now! We have been through a lot of change recently and it is wildly positive. I look forward 7+ more years of serving our residents.

I have called and spoken in person with the staff of this place, both times I was treated with such disrespect, that I had to leave and hangup just to calm down. Not only was I spoken down to, I was also indirectly told that I was the problem for not doing more research on them, before calling them to ask about some concerns. I cannot fathom why this place would still be in business if this is how they treat potential guests. I can only imagine what would happen if I actually decided to have my father placed here. If I could leave a zero star review, I would.

My elderly mother is currently in this facility. She likes the therapists but says the food is terrible. My biggest complaint is that they do not answer the phones. She has not texted for two days and I’ve tried repeatedly to speak with someone at the nurse’s station, letting the phone ring 5-10 minutes with no one answering. I asked the operator if they were short handed and was told, “They never answer the phone.” He tried a specific person who also didn’t answer the phone and had a voicemail that was full so I couldn’t leave a message. I don’t live near this facility and it’s been frustrating to be unable to find out how my mother is doing. This is unacceptable.

I am thé Durable & Médical POA for a patient who was at this facility from Jan 15, 2024 through Jan 31, 2024, after a hospital ER, ICU, to moderate care. The patient is an 89 yr old male with no trauma history or in-stay hospital tenures since the age of 10. Therefore, he is a relatively healthy...even in GREAT health...at his age.We only had issues with one female night nursing assistant, who showed a level of disrespect and complete unprofessionalism toward Bob.He called me in the middle of the night to tell me what was going on, and she did NOT see me coming, for sure. I move fast and with determination to resolve and eliminate such attitudes for ANYone on my watch. The first thing the next morning, I was on the phone with case management from the hospital, who referred me to the liaison at the facility, who handles such matters. I will not mention names, b/c I am not sure of spellings for most care practitioners/workers.SHE was ON IT Immediately and even got the Administrator and facility nurse manager involved. Bob was interviewed in his room and given the opportunity to speak for himself, no one in management assuming he was frail or incapable of communication skills. They treated him, as well as myself, with great respect and full listening engagement.Dan, Administrator, asked for a meeting with me, and I was so pleased with how he handled the issues. He was on it immediately, as well, and neither Bob nor I can say enough nice things about the staff. Everyone was so nice, courteous, and fully respectfully engaged with us during Bob's stay. The only negative I have to say has nothing to do with the facility, its management or other employees. Like most facilities of this nature, there's a shortage of staff. Budgets are limited...it's obvious...and these care practitioners work some pretty long hours to do what they do. They try their hardest, and finding anyone doing nothing but sitting/waiting for the next duty call was extremely rare. They all do their very best, and I feel like we made friends with every single one of them. I love what the woman in the promotional video says about their family atmosphere. It really is! In fact, as we were leaving, we were told a number of times we would be missed! We haven't missed a rehab facility, but we have spoken of those who've stood out in our minds quite often. Bob's main focus was physical therapy, and I WILL say that Roy did such a great job, Bob is well on his way to making a full recovery. It's very tough on a patient to be confined, and there are all kinds of confinements for the staff at TLC to negotiate. It's a rough, tough profession, and it's one that surely isn't for everyone."Please" and "thank you" go a LONG way, so if you're ever in a facility, please remember to use those words. It's so nice to know when appreciation is present. Let them know what they're doing RIGHT; don't just complain.If/when you have a situation that must be dealt with, approach with respect and willingness toward resolve. I can tell you that at this facility, they are truly a team, who cares and PROVES they care.GREAT JOB, TLC CARE! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My son was there for a month after having brain surgery, he was ordered physical therapy five times a week the first week they told him he was too heavy and they didn't have enough people to transfer him to a wheelchair, the other three weeks he was only given three days of physical therapy,In their report to the insurance, they said he's been getting all his five days and he's not getting better so the insurance stopped his coverage and he's been unsafely discharged he's paralyzed and cannot move he lives on a second floor how in the hell he's going to take care of himself TLC lied on the report to cover themselvesHe was left unattended in his wheelchair and he slid down to the floor and was found an hour laterHis steroid pills to reduce the swelling of his brain were removed from his medication log without approval the neurosurgeon asked my son why was it removed, and had to reorder them which could have caused my son major brain damageHe has been left with a soiled diaper for three hours even though the light to get help was onHe has missed several meals and we had to bring him foodThe negligence and lack of care here put all patients in danger someone needs to be the voice of all these poor old people and disabled people lacking the care and help they need

This place is not very good. The room my family member was in was dirty and the whole wing smelled really bad. I had to run and get some glade febreze air fresheners just to stand the place. Meals are ridiculous only giving a small ration to get by... Common where is the care in humanity. Understaffed and unprofessional. It is also impossible to get a hold of anyone here. You call and get a director. Every Case managers inbox is full so you can't even leave your name and number for a return call. They probably wouldn't even return your call anyway. Case manager was rude and acted like she didn't care about any of the concerns I had. Worst place ever... Do not send your loved ones here if you have a choice.

This place was disgusting. The food was horrible. Never any type breakfast meat. Got a hard boiled egg and piece of bread. They would bring oatmeal with no milk.CNAs are overwhelmed. Staffing issues. Nurses only show up to administer medicine. Other than that they are worthless. TV remote didn't work most of the time. Bed was broken. Reported it all several times with no response. The smell in the facility was wrenching. This place should be shut down.

All I can say is that this Care facility is a scam! My boyfriend was recently admitted there to get therapy after a hospital visit. It would take hours for a nurse to show up, food was absolutely terrible (my dog eats better), one day I walked in and they put a clean diaper over a dirty one, we saw a doctor twice in 10 days. My boyfriend had a bad eye infection he developed while there. After inquiring several times over several days the doctor came in, stood 5 feed away from my BF and said: Yes you need eye drops. Never did he look up close or opened his eyes to check with a light. The case manager is a joke. Therapy was less than 15 minutes or non at all. Bathroom in a shared room wasn't what cleanliness should be in a nursing/care facility! We made the decision to get out of there after speaking to our primary care physician, because the infection in his eyes was not getting better, an ambulance took him back to the hospital emergency! The Doctors there told us, if he would have stayed there any longer he could have died due to medical neclect. PLEASE DO NOT SEND any LOVED ONCE there!!! They DO NOT CARE about YOU (only your $$$). Do your homework! Be an advocate for your family member! They deserve better!!! It is very disheartening to see what happens in this place and that insurance companies suggest such a place they obviously don't check up on!!! We were fortunate enough to make it out of there in time! I hope YOU are as well!!!
