I’m giving this pharmacy one star solely because of Nurse Faith—she was incredible and provided excellent care. Unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing. They refused to come out and remove the PICC line from my arm due to non-payment. At $350 a week, the cost simply wasn’t worth it. If you have the option, I strongly recommend requesting a different pharmacy. Do not use this one unless absolutely necessary.

Everyone here is so nice and extremely helpful. They showed me how to properly use all the medications through the midline. They were punctual with our medication. Everyone at Total Infusion Care was great. I truly appreciate the team there.

Amber is such a sweetheart makes me feel comfortable being here. I can see she is a good hard working employee always helping others with respect and courteous with her associates and patient's she's awesome to have her in your company Amber is the best that's why I love coming here when she's here

Nurse that was working there march 16, 2025 between 11:30am to 12:30pm was moving slow and only had two out of four chairs filled. I waited 1 hour in the waiting room and I had to rescheduled due to having another appt at 1pm. Not to mention she pulled another patient that just came in before me who waited an hour.
Other times this place is 5 stars. It is just the lack of communication between staff that greatly affected this review and the waiting time.

I was referred to this place by my OB and at first I was very intimated however, the staff were really nice & very understanding. I’ve had two iron infusions with John(?); had no issues & felt very safe with him. He made sure all his patients were taken care of. I would definitely come back if needed to.

Guys, do NOT send your wives here. One of the creepy nurses working here told my wife, "I'm going to set the machine to slow so that I have a beautiful view all day." Then proceeds to flirt with her the entire time!On the next visit they forgot about her for almost an hour in the waiting room, wasting everybody's time.

It’s unfortunate when certain workers ruin the reputation of a business for others. I had 4 iron infusions here, first 3 were great. All front desk people, great. First visit with a tall slender Caucasian woman, great. Second and third visit with an Asian man with stellar tattoos, great. Last visit with an Asian man and woman, neglectful. Don’t dismiss my concerns and say it’s fine when you don’t flush my IV after completion or running my IV for half the time when we verbally communicate the time it should be run for. You would think having two nurses they would be able to handle the 3 patients but unfortunately they both made mistakes and when called out/questioned they dismiss it and state, “ it should be fine.”
