Guys, do NOT send your wives here. One of the creepy nurses working here told my wife, "I'm going to set the machine to slow so that I have a beautiful view all day." Then proceeds to flirt with her the entire time!On the next visit they forgot about her for almost an hour in the waiting room, wasting everybody's time.

Dynamic....These amazing people are always spot on! Every question and concern is answered with kindness and empathy. The Pharmacy Team is so knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to make sure you have what you need and understand everything! The Nurses are kind and professional. The Front desk staff always greet you with a smile and are so attentive. If you are looking for an infusion company for your loved one...this is the place! We have found a gem and are so blessed! Thank you!

This place is the pits! Why even schedule appointments if you’re having to wait over 45 mins to start the service. I’ve had one infusion done and the little room is filthy! The supply cart she pushes around has a layer of dust on it that should be illegal in an injected medicine environment! I definitely won’t be back!

Great experience for infusions. The staff was kind, friendly, and prompt. The second infusion was very difficult because my veins are terrible. A second nurse came in, on a holiday, to make sure I got my infusion. The first nurse was very kind and friendly. Front desk was also great. Highly recommend!! I’m so thankful that they went out of their way to help me.

I am not the type to leave reviews but my patience has run extremely low. When I first started sending referrals to TIC back in 2021-2022, they were phenomenal. Now they aren’t. Authorizations aren’t being submitted with a sense of urgency or we’re being lied to about authorizations being submitted. I just called both the pharmacy and medical benefits for THREE patients and I was told by the insurance reps that no authorization was ever submitted. I was lied to more than once. I find that I can no longer rely on TIC to treat my patients which is such a shame because they were truly great to me and my patients at one point. I will be sending my patients elsewhere.

I'm giving 2 stars because scheduling was very easy and the nurse was very nice and compassionate, listened to my concerns. However, my experience was not great. Long story short, it seems they are unaware of any side effects of medications given, unless it's an allergic reaction. The chairs do not recline, and I have the vaso vagal reflex where I should be reclined or laying down. I had a reaction (non allergic) to the medication I was given, and the pharmacist said they have never seen that and EMS should be called. In the midst of them scrambling of calling EMS, they did not get my driver/person that brought me to the appointment, and he had to go up to the desk when he overheard the conversation. EMS comes and says they're not familiar with that drug (not their fault, they respond to emergencies, they're not pharmacists), Infusion care said they have never seen that reaction before. I declined medical care and left with my driver. When I felt well enough, I googled (I know, every medical professionals favorite when a patient says "I googled") side effects of the medication I was given... and I experienced 11 out of 15 COMMON side effects, and 4 out of 9 uncommon side effects listed. I am not sure why we could not just look at the sheet of side effects of the medication instead of acting confused because it was not an allergic reaction.

I have NOTHING but GOOD to say about this place and these people. Right on time for my appt. Quick, friendly and efficient staff. Post procedure follow up was amazing. So attentive to my concerns and questions. When I couldn't get my home health nurse to come to my house, they had one of the staff come out next day to change my PICC line dressing. Any time I needed more supplies, they provided next day delivery service. So refreshing from the medicore customer service you usually receive now days from almost every other company.
