Unpleasant managers, one man led me to the wine I needed but didn’t open the case for me to see it and then I went to the managers and had two men explaining to me that I couldn’t see the bottle. I don’t need two men explaining the same thing to me like I don’t know how store policies work. I felt embarrassed over the entire transaction and left. Cashier looked at me weird leaving the store too. My first and last time here. Thanks for nothing to this location.

Total Wine in Henderson is impressively clean, stocked, and filled with kind, helpful and intelligent staff willing to go the extra bit needed to help.
Buying one bottle or stocking a party, the service is exemplary.
The prices are beyond competitive and not having as much traffic as a warehouse store makes the minimal price differences negatable.
