I went to Towbin Dodge to see what was going on with one of my tires (the tire pressure light came on) , since i was there i thought let me get an oil change , DRE in service was my advisor so the tire needed to be ordered and replaced since there was an metal object on the sidewall , so i brung my car back 9/7/24 8 AM i dropped off my car and 3 hours later my car was done …DRE is beyond fabulous thank u so much ?

Andre did a great job reviewing truck needs and past maintenance records with me. He was friendly, prompt and communicative. Well worth the return to Towbin. Hopeful to have him as our maintenance advisor on a regular basis. Well done! Thank you.
We returned for a premium service for our truck on Saturday 8/31 and the professionalism and friendliness of Andre was consistent with this visit. We did run into an issue that we noted on Sunday when we drove the truck on the freeway and hit higher speeds where we experienced severe vibration which my husband guessed to be the tires. Husband anxious to address the issue was not to inclined to return to Towbin to handle the tire concern and elected to return to Discount Tire where they corrected the torquing and provided new lug nuts and cost additional funds that should have been avoided. This said, the remainder of the vehicle service was great, a bit disappointed in the fact that we had to take additional time to handle the tire balancing/rotation matter, but perhaps Towbin will provide a discount on our next standard service and we will be sure to keep any tire services separate. Overall experience, timing for services and communication was great. Just a little hiccup that required additional time and funds.

Towbin Dodge Ram is a professional outfit. I trust them to do servicing on both my 2021 Dodge Charger (which I bought from Towbin), and my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. They're the best in Las Vegas and Nevada.
