The room was really nice! My family and I enjoyed our stay, room nice and clean. We had a pipe burst in our house and we chose to stay at towne place. Also, they gave me 4 sets of decaf coffee in room I wish I would of got two regular and 2 decaf. But not a big deal, enjoyed our stay, thank

Hotel was a little outdated. The size of room was great for our needs,1 night stay. However, the smell was horrible. It smelled liked bad freshener trying to cover up the Marijuana smell. We had to open the window- good thing we weren't on the first floor (wouldn't feel comfortable opening my window on first floor. Parking was full since it shares a lot with another hotel. Probably won't stay here again.

As a titanium elite member I am not happy at all with the service at this property. They need to do better.

Absolutely the best in service and cleanliness. Thank you. However, the wifi was hard to connect.

Polite staff, clean rooms, and no external noise. The only downside is that you're a little far from the strip if that's what you're here for. On the plus side however, you'll save some money by staying here. Great experience.

We stayed at TownePlace Suites for 3 nights in a standard king room. Being that this is a newer hotel, it was nice and clean. The room was on the small side, but comfortable. The full kitchen was nice with utensils, dinnerware and dishwasher. There were some hiccups: I checked in online and requested housekeeping services each day plus extra pillows. Not once was our room cleaned nor was there any extra pillows provided as requested. After shopping for some groceries and putting them in the fridge, everything was frozen the next morning., I had to throw away all the groceries I had purchased. The AC is extremely loud and bothersome when trying to sleep. Cheap towels and bedding also didn't help. Overall I would probably stay at a different hotel next time in Las Vegas.

This hotel has great service and is in a nice area, but there is a plethora of issues that they could fix to make this place better.First, the parking at this hotel is quite limited as it shares parking with another Marriott location next door.Second, the front driveway has been cordoned off for some issue the whole time, making it difficult for cars to come in and out.Third, the rooms are outdated. Small rooms with a comically small television. Luckily the A/C unit worked properly in my room. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything from any connecting room or above/below.Fourth, the WiFi is terrible. My entire stay, I could never connect to the free Wi-Fi on any of my five devices. When I was able to connect, it never actually provided Internet service and would always tell me there was no service available.Fifth, the “fitness center” is terrible. There is one bike, one elliptical, and 2 treadmills. There are a few weights but many weights are missing! There is only one or two matching weights to use - everything else is single options. The worst part is that they keep that room at a freezing temperature, so when I tried using the weights, I had to immediately stop as the metal grips of the weights were completely frozen to the touch and painful.Sixth, the breakfast is quite mediocre. Very small selection of food (although their biscuit/cornbread item was good). Bacon is paper thin and crunchy as if it is just microwaved (which it was after I saw staff preparing it).And lastly, location is very ok. Since all hotels on the strip were super overpriced, this was one of the closest “reasonable” hotels but it’s so far away from the strip, especially during traffic. Give yourself at least 30 minutes.Overall there is a lot to improve for this hotel.

Nice room with mini Full kitchen as advertised, less oven. The gym only had high-end treadmills, dumbbells, and weighted balls. Although there was an assortment of dumbbells, there didn't appear to be adequate space for their use, especially if multiple people were using the gym. The resistance training machine shown in photos seemed to be replaced by an additional treadmill added to their fleet. Washers and dryers are available along with soap in coin-operated machines. Change, if needed, must be obtained in the hotel lobby. Trash rooms are available at the end of each floor, but I didn't learn this until I left, after reading a tiny slip of paper apparently in the room key sleeve. No room clean-up appeared to come during my 4-day stay, but it wasn't a problem for me since they had enough towels as a solo occupant.Noteworthy details: Parking fills up around the entrance at night, however there is adequate spillover parking available at sides or back of the hotel and its sister hotel next to it (although it may require a long walk and some sections aren't as well lit.

Very tasty hot breakfast. Kitchen filled with good size pots and pans which was very helpful. Carpet in room looked like needs a clean up.

Rooms have full sized fridge with freezer microwave dishwasher stove pans pots limited silverware and dishes vs small fridge and microwave only next door. In room coffee makers. Laundry room for fee. Outdoor pool with tables and chairs. Two poolside barbecues so you can cook your own dinner by the pool and even eat outside if you want. Free access to golds gym across the street. Free breakfast good for kids but i hate their weak american coffee so i go to starbucks up the street on Stephanie at horizon ridge. Metro pizza is also around the corner and that is great for kids

Cons: The walls are paper thin & so is the floor. I never heard such loud stomping at a hotel in my life. The guests are very noisy. There was a dog barking until 4am & he started back up at 715am. & Most of all, The smell in the room is HORRIFIC!Pros: The staff was really nice & knowledgeable. The room was clean and a nice size.I love Marriott usually, but this one should not be called Marriott it put you more in the mind of a Red Roof Inn.Update: I forgot to mention I had to manually turn the a/c on & off. It was not automatic even tho it was in the correct settings. Very frustrating to be too cold & too hot several times in the same night!

Can't go wrong with the Marriott franchise. I always choose it because the properties are always clean.

A nice hotel situated in a nice area. The rooms are clean though they are starting to show their age. It was however a very nice stay with great staff and no problems at all. I even had friends come stay with me for a few hours who also enjoyed it.
