It was a last minute decision. The party was going to start at 6pm and I thought to myself: how nice it would be if the coach had a little gift from his soccer team. It was 2pm and I started looking for places that sold trophies and they all closed at 5pm and none of them could have me ready with a reminder with an engraved plaque on the same day until I found this place. I was very lucky. The lady assisted me very kindly and gave me ideas and finally told me before 5pm you have your badge. It was 4:50 pm and I was just able to leave the office so I had to call to have them wait for me until 5:17 pm. Thank God they waited for me and thanks to them we were able to give their gift to Coach Vance. I am very grateful and I highly recommend them.

So very pleased with the business magnets we had done for our business. Steve was super helpful and made the process so easy. The customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend giving them your business. We will use them in the future for sure!!!

Beyond happy with the service I got here. I was able to purchase my own cutting board and drop it off to get engraved for only around $25! I opted to pick it up 4 days later, but they offer a rush fee option for an additional $20.The employees were very intentional and communicative about the location/font/size of the engraving. I was more than pleased with the end result. Thank you so much to the staff! I’ll definitely be recommending friends and family to you if they ever need things engraved.

Fantastic place.! They do excellent work and it doesn't take long at all. The male and female (I'm assuming the owners,but I could be wrong) are super nice and willing to answer all your questions. Huge selection to choose from no matter what sport you are in. There was a little hiccup with two of my trophies and they gladly fixed it with no questions asked. I will for sure be returning and getting all my items from here. Thank you trophy factory for a pleasant experience

Friendly, engaging and helpful in listening to one's needs. Would have been an added plus if they recognized vets and first responders with some kind of discount. I would recommend!

Had a work event, went by found a great selection of trophies/awards that were perfect for my event. Staff was really helpful, surprisingly not that expensive.

I was in a rush to get five plaques in just three days. I paid a $20.00 rush fee, but that wasn't so bad. The people there are so helpful and took the time to help direct me to the best plaque for my limited budget. I received a proof before they proceeded and the rest is history. I had my husband go to pick them up. They were supposed to be done by 3:00 p.m., but they were having printing issues with the machine. Luckily for me, he waited for about 20 minutes and they were ready to go! He liked the plaques so much, he ordered a couple of trophies for his employees too! It is so nice to have a family run and operated business so close to home. The only downside to this place is that they are not open on the weekends. But hey, if it was my business, I wouldn't want to be open on the weekends either! I thought their prices were pretty reasonable, and I totally support our local businesses in Vegas. Check them out!

This is the 4th time I used Trophy Factory. All the other times were fantastic. This time, the communication, quality, and customer service was horrible. They knew I had a specific deadline, but never contacted me, I always had to reach out to find out where they were in the process. We can't even use the trophy since they misspelled Trivia!!! Definitely will not be going back. Definitely not worth $20. Sad, since they used to be so good.
