Recently stopped in with a few questions about which cologne would be best for an upcoming event and the staff was amazing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the employee that helped me answered every single question I had (and I had plenty) I think her name was Sarah B. Anyway, super nice and helpful, great attitude, will definitely be shopping there again whenever I'm in town

Never again. I made an appointment for a bang trim and arrived on time, yet they had someone else in front of me. What’s the point of making an appointment if they don’t honor it?
No one greeted me when I wanted to check in.
I stood by the beauty register for several minutes with no acknowledgment. I finally went to the main register to let them know I had an appointment. Ten minutes later, they told me to wait at another chair, and I overheard the stylist sarcastically ask, “What time is it?” as if I was late. I wasn’t. Maybe if someone had helped me when I first arrived, we wouldn’t be here.
The stylist was in the middle of a color service with another client. Did she expect me to wait until she finished that? It made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, so I left. Total waste of time. I won’t be back.
I loved this location for Jacky from the brow bar. She’s not there anymore, make the drive and go to the Stephanie location they are way nicer!

Been coming here for years. I have noticed since after covid the customer service was slacking but felt folks were just covid fatigue. Flash forward to 2024
Customer service at ultra is officially a lost cause!!!!
I went towards the salon to grab my hair products. 3 girls were all gathered at the register.
No eye contact
No greeting
No assistance. After walking around 10 minutes I decided to leave and make my purchas through amazon.
It's so frustrating. No wonder stores are closing and customers are opting to shop on line for products whice is precisely what intend to do.
Truly...
ONE LESS CUSTOMER.

OMG I went into ulta today with high hopes of getting tinsel put in my hair. I was so exited to do something for myself on my day off not to mention I have had a rough couple of days. I am so DISAPPOINTED with the service I got! The hairdresser I got was RUDE and snappy and at the end when I went to check out the cashier was almost telling me I have to tip her and giving me dirty looks ( I was going to even though I was upset with the tinsel install she was just immediately jumping down my throat about it) when I got home and looked at my hair again I just cried and called ulta back the manager handled the situation well and refunded my money and took pictures of my hair because it was so bad! I’m not normally one of these people but I will not be back!

Came in to get mascara. Most of the employees were in the makeover section chatting. One asked if I needed help and I said no but thank you. They gave me and my husband nasty looks. The check out lady was so rude and just seemed like she didn't want to be there. I can't explain enough how unkind and uncovered the staff at this ulta are

Makeup artist are very inexperienced. If you have darker skin, I would not go here. I had to select my own foundation and other products. They need more training.

This review is for the salon, in particular, Elena. I came in a week ago requesting to cut off my long, curly/wavy tresses. Elena asked me questions to understand how I treat my hair and also to gauge what kind of cut I wanted. The end result was an above the shoulders bob with long, face framing layers. It looked great when we straightened it, and now that I've washed it and brought the curls back in, it looks AMAZING. To say that I'm ecstatic is an understatement. As someone who is known for keeping her hair practically down to her butt, Elena gave me a great, bouncy cut that I'm contemplating keeping for the long term.
So if you're a curly girl, ask for Elena. She herself has curly/wavy and knows what she's doing. Thanks, Elena!
