They are slow. They do not greet you or acknowledge that you are waiting. Hours sign states it is open till 6pm, but it closes at 5:30pm, when the doors close.

I had one of the worst shipping experiences with UPS. I paid $100 for overnight shipping, but the package was not shipped until the following day and did not arrive until four days later. When I called UPS to file a claim, they gave me a claim number and told me to follow up with the store directly. Pamela answered the phone, realized she was responsible for the issue as she was the one who initally charged me for it, and then hung up on me instead of helping.
To make matters worse, the package arrived damaged. Although I filed a claim immediately, I was later told (by Pamela) the claim was invalid because too much time had passed, even though UPS initially processed it. As a veteran and a paying customer, I find this service completely unacceptable. I will NEVER use UPS again and would strongly advise others to avoid them as well.
UPS is a joke.

This place had wonderful service!! I was at another UPS Store down tue street with horrible service. They are not all the same. These guys were super helpful and courteous!!

Overall our local ups is the best 89015. They always come with professionalism and Aloha. I hope and pray they all get a raise for they work hard for the families in Jesus name Amen. Or at least a pizza party for working so hard and being awesome!

Yesterday I went into this location about 10 minutes before closing. Two men were working in there at the time. The one stayed late with me to resolve an issue and even let another customer in past closing time to allow him to drop off his packages. The man who stayed was so kind to his co-worker, thanking him for his services for the day and allowing him to leave so he could assist me. I'm a small business owner and I took notice to the excellent customer service they delivered to me and the other patrons. Thank you!!

You wanted to charge me $3.00 to print out a shipping label. This is hardly "based on the high-quality materials, expert labor, and overhead expenses necessary to deliver exceptional products and services." How is it that a shipping label can be an exceptional product? Gosh-awful response UPS. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!

The small package I sent measured 6.5"x9"x3". The nice lady entered the size as 7"x10"x4". I questioned the growth in size and the other clerk (Nick) said "they always add an inch, it doesn't matter." Of course it matters!!! I understand rounding up, but adding an inch is pure theft. I'm going to make a stink about this.

I understand that staffing is not under the control of the employees, but have only experienced courteous and prompt service in this location. The young men and women there always do their best to help. Faced with gigantic Amazon drops and customer returns, they still maintain a positive attitude. They are understaffed most of the times so lines can get long at peak hours. Is not their fault if customers are too chatty or unprepared.
