Wow charged a $1 to tape the box I brought my package in… this isn’t on UPS but a good wake-up call on where we stand as a society at the moment.

Kelly the owner & Cathy her sister/employee are personable. Patient, and understanding. As it took forever to get my youngest daughter to behave. And they made notarizing our documents easy. Definitely recommend this place.

From reading the reviews I went through exactly what customers, CUSTOMERS are talking about. To many Karen's, over charge, wont take Amazon packages return as they ate mailed to customers. Also they have problems with taking Cologuard returns, it is in a sealed box the woman in this store act like the box is infected. Everything is sealed up inside, duh. I will never come back to this UPS Store customer service is bad no wonder they only have 2.9 review.

I really do not like leaving a small business franchise a bad review, but do yourself a favor and go to the UPS store in Henderson on Stephanie. Your bank account will thank you. I brought in about 75 pages into this UPS store to copy and print and email myself. The lady at the counter told me it’s gonna be $.50 a page to copy and print and also a dollar a page to scan so i can email it to myself. When it copies it also scans so you can just plug in your email address to send to. Its not two jobs its one, that’s over $100.

Lovely ladies at this UPS location. Accepted my Amazon return even as I arrived exactly at closing and the door was already locked. Thought that was super sweet. Have always had good interactions on previous visits. Thank you!

Terrible customer service. The lady acted like she didn’t want to help pack anything. Charged 3.25 for 2 pieces of tape when asked if I could
Just buy a whole roll of tape because it would make more sense she looked at me crazy and didn’t want to help.

I have Amazon interactions just about daily between home & work. Whatever package I receive is how I return. Labeled & taped correctly.
Yesterday I dropped off a tshirt in a clear package. The woman at the counter refused my package. She said it needed to be in an Amazon envelope. It was packaged the exact way I received it.
Making this extremely inconvenient. I drove down to the very next UPS store - no issue. No comments or questions about it. Scanned & gave me my receipt & I was on my way.
This store is full of Karen's. Ridiculous!

My wife and I have been using this location for over 5 years. I get some of the frustration but, majority of the complaints are people taking advantage when there is a lack of preparation. 1.00 for tape sure I wasn’t prepared. Hold on I need to buy a box for my package…ahhhh yeah! Shame that people act that way. People that are complaining are probably still using the store so why?

Leaving a review while sitting in front of the UPS store. I went in there to drop off a box that was already prepaid by my job company and I needed it to just tape up real quick. The lady stated that it will be $1.09 for them to tape it up. Ridiculous. What a waste of time. This company is going downhill
