All of the employees at this location have been very helpful and very friendly I would hire any one of them to work at my business I have not had any issues with anybody they go out of their way to make us feel appreciated they always help and do their best to make sure that we don't have to wait very long

I walked into the store , had two people in front of me . I only had to wait about 5 minutes. Very fast service and they had all the shipping supplies needed to get my package on its way. Had a pleasant experience at this UPS store.

I had a great experience with this store. I had a form that required 2 witnesses and my husbands & my signature with a notary. Raphael had a store full of people waiting in line. He got us started with getting our ID's and even though people were in line because we had a lot to do. He kept everyone informed and he had all four of us doing different steps keeping us busy, and it was done in no time at all! Raphael has that store running like a smooth engine! Thank you for your help. It was greatly appreciated. :)

Howard was extremely helpful to solve my out-of-state shipping dilemma. He was patient and thoughtful as I described my situation. He did a fantastic job of wrapping and boxing large art work I needed shipped. UPS Ground service got it here overnight! Thrilled to be reunited with treasures I thought were lost to me.

I was just there. A young lady that looked Hawaiian was rude and un attentive. She refused to scan the QR code I gave her on paper which I purposely use to avoid any errors and any confusion she asked me for my phone. I did not want to use my phone. My phone was in my car. She said her system didn’t read the QRcode however I’ve been using this method for years and no other UPS gives me any issues. I hope she scanned the right QR code because she just got all mixed up with my papers and the photo she took on her phone of my papers. I shall see if I have any issues receiving my refund for my packages from Amazon.

The gentleman who been in here last few mornings is very rude unfriendly person
The girls and older gentleman much better

Very rude and unhelpful employees at this store. I arrived to the store at 3:55 on Saturday and was told that I’d have to come back on Monday because employees were already busy helping a customer with multiple boxes and they could not scan my two items before closing (4:00).

Nice people to do business with. Professional and friendly. I thought I was missing a Package, the manager went out of her way to pull the video of my husband picking it up. As soon as I saw the package in the video I knew which one it was in my garage!

Went in 2 minutes before closing to drop off two packages today, I was aware they aware about to close and was apologetic about it upon entering. Neither the blonde lady nor the balding guy with brown facial hair greeted me and were completely dry with their interaction.As soon as we left at 6:03pm, I had a vantage point from the parking space in front of the store and I saw the guy literally throw my package towards the ground.Unfriendly vibes at this location, was not even going to leave a review but literally saw my package being thrown to the ground, not dropped, but thrown right after I left.Management, please review footage at around 5:58pm - 6:04pm on this day to get a customer point of view.Thank you
