Super friendly staff to even help me put the correct shipping label on my package I asked them if they could put a better label on a package and they said yes it could do that very super friendly staff here I've had dropped off a lot of packages and I've had no issues with this place on sending packages to their destination highly recommend this place

I would never go to this location again. The moment I walked in, the lady in front of the counter was already having a bad attitude. and was already profiling. I have PTSD and going out in public was already intense for me. All she had to do was explain to me the process and what the proper process to have a document notarized. Instead, she gives attitude, mad stares, and a disgust look. I understand that everyone is going through things, but that was just uncalled for. It is also memorial day weekend!! If you’re having a bad day, go to the back and let someone else who has a better attitude to deal with customers.

I dropped a package here based on a Saturday based on the gentleman's assurance that it would be picked up and on its way at 3 that very day. This was also confirmed by the information on their video screen above the counter. I stressef to him the importance to me that it got on its way that day. Now, checking UPS tracking I see that it wasn't picked up until 9:35pm MONDAY night. This failure and deciet has cost me $250 so far as the package still has yet to arrive and dies not even jave a date scheduled to arrive according to the UPS tracking site.
I believe that this store simply did not bother to prepare and ship my package as promised. They don't care. And UPS is simply a mismanaged organization that will never care about your package. Avoid this place and UPS if at all possible. I was forced by the recipient to use them and this is now a policy they are reconsidering.

Pam, Chris and the rest of the staff are amazing at customer service. Chris has the patience of a Saint as I’ve witnessed work with customers that need a lot of assistance. Way to go Chris!

I came here to do a return with a free label we got from a company. This UPS store charges $3 to print a label for you. $3 dollars to print a single page is outrageous. The Anthem location does not charge me.

I was dropping of my Amazon return at this
location .around 8:10am the employee named Fret was so RUDE to this African American woman and me . He’s seems very racist towards minorities customers. I’m not doing business here . Go to Anthem Village locations instead .

This review is for one particular individual, an older lady with a bad attitude! I have had three rude encounters with this lady which prompted me to write this review! She needs to work at the DMV or the social security office where you expect to deal with rude employees, not a small neighborhood business! This woman NEVER speaks even after she is greeted, she snatched a package out of my hand and the last straw was when she called me “girl!” Not like “hey, girl, hey!” But like bring back the 1950’s type of “girl!” I don’t know what her issue is but she is need of professional and sensitivity training! I can definitely feel a shift in the environment when she’s there, the other employees working with her seem stressed and unhappy!
I may give this location another try because of the convenience and the other employees are sweet as pie! We’ll see!

I typically don’t have an issue anywhere in neighborhood but this location made me feel uncomfortable. I went Friday afternoon and the girl working the notary section kept coming back and forth through the line between me and other guest without saying excuse me. Then after I was done at the counter and turned to walk away she bumped me, I said sorry but she kept walking and didn’t acknowledge it. I know you guys were busy but she was like that the entire time I was in the store.
