During the holiday season, there is no excuse to not have your atm up and running. Being full is unacceptable, considering you have closed multiple branches during and after Covid. It is really unfortunate that your customers can’t do what they need to do, after driving to your closest functional location.

They used to be good but now they have new people. Big chick that’s super rude and doesn’t know proper bank procedure and will argue with you and refuse to deposit your cash in your account when you have your ID and bank card. Then the little guy with the glasses who has a nervous issue in talking to people looks like he scared of his shadow. It’s sad because the bank used to be a great bank that would help its customers. Now it’s just a horrible experience with unruly staff. After over 15 years with us Bank I will be looking for another bank .

In the midst of a gas shortage in nevada and my daughters birthday Wednesday I kind of needed my instant transfers to be instant. Instead they disappeared. $90 worth. Still waiting. I also had to pay for those transfers. No official apology or anything

I want to thank this branch staff for being very helpful in bringing my account status back to normal. I had originally went here once before to have my longtime account closed due the information being compromised. I already had a good experience the first time but this second time I had to say something and leave this review as it is the least I can do to show my appreciation and attention to this matter. Long story short, my account was froze due to the misconduct of a settlement funds administrator and locked up my finances and put me in a difficult spot. Jennifer, the branch manager was very helpful and resolved my issue urgently, same day, my account was back to where it was before this mess. You're truly a great asset to this branch and I appreciate you for being so considerate of needing to assist me during these difficult times. Thank you very much!

They purposely have their phone off and since they're a separate company, when you call smiths they can't transfer the call. This place is incompetent and the staff don't really care about the service lol whatever

Came here on the 4/12/22 dealt with Jake what a wonderful experience, every time we come into this bank we are treated with top notch service from the whole staff regardless of any circumstances that we throw at them they have been such a big help thank u , us bank. ?

I went to use the ATM to deposit money into my account. I was stuck behind this lady that was having problems with the ATM. One of the male tellers went to help her so I decided to go to the counter so I wouldn’t have to wait any longer. There was no line and there were two tellers so I went to the counter and one of the tellers said she will be right back but both women went into the office. They didn’t even come back until the guy was almost done helping the lady at the ATM and I still had to wait. This isn’t good customer service. She could had helped me before disappearing so I wouldn’t have to wait long. She knew the lady at the ATM was having issues and it could take a while for the guy to help her. When she returned to the counter she never acknowledged that I was still waiting. She said nothing so I just used the ATM after the guy finished helping the lady.
