ATM froze while depositing cash, machine gave me a ticket with a wrong attempted deposit, they have to replace the ATM.

Don’t come here. Super inconsiderate, they charge 7 to cash a check less then 200 and it’s their own bank. It doesn’t make sense how they are allowed to charge a fee to deposit a a check I didn’t have a say in.

I have been with US Bank for 10 years. US Bank was the first bank that I visited when I moved here 10 years ago. I have always banked at the US Bank on Peseo Verde and Stephanie. The staff is friendly, kind, helpful and knowledgeable of their services.
2 weeks ago, on top of losing my job, my laptop was jeopardized, and I do all my banking on there. I was worried that my accounts were jeopardized.
I went in and spoke to one of the bankers. Her name is Jessica Nguyen, Client Relationship Consultant. All I have to say is that she was wonderful. She went above and beyond to help me. She took the time to help me get new cards and accounts set up. Yes, I called the fraudulent department first. They put a freeze on everything.
Anyway, back to Jessica, she was so professional and understanding to everything I was going through. She took her time to walk me through every step so It would calm me down, I was a nervous wreck.
So all I have to say is that overall experience with Jessica was a 5 star rating. She is one of the most kindest and nicest bankers there. They all are that work there.
Thank you, Jessica!!! You Rock!!

They were unable to help me deposit a check for my brother who is a minor into my account. All it took was a simple endorsement. I visited the Sunset/Green Valley location and they helped me no problem.

This is one the worst banks I have ever had account with. I have had horrible experience working with this bank, in particular this branch. I would like to suggest people to pay very close attention to their bank balance because they put a lot of hidden charges and fees and it would always say - "Service Charge". Please don't waste your time going to the branch because they don't know. All the bankers and managers act like this is their first day working for a bank.Incident#1: There was a monthly maintenance charge on my account and when I asked to waive it, they waived half of it. That showed me how bad the customer service is. This bank doesn't put customers first. I have had similar charges at chase and credit union in the past and they waived the fee immediately.Incident#2: I opened an account to get a promotional $500 bonus. I was supposed to maintain $3k balance in the account for 60 days. After 55 days, there was a "Service Charge" of $6 which brought my balance below $3k. It was done intentionally. When I asked the banker, he said it's for the paper statement because you didn't opt for the paperless statement. It was never explained to me at the time of opening the account. Then, I had to visit, call and setup meetings with the manager and customer service for almost 10-12 times and the whole episode took 2.5 months for me to get that promotion.Incident#3: I wired my funds and decided to close my account. Banker closed my account on 21st of the month and didn't tell me that I'll lose all the interest accrued for 21 days if I'll close on 21st. As I said, they don't care about customers at all. I lost my interest. Then, suddenly I saw "Service Charge" of $51. I went to the bank and asked the banker, She gave me a customer service number to ask because she didn't know. Customer service told me that this time "Service Charge" = Wire transfer fee ($40) and Invoice for Wire transfer fee ($11). I have never heard of "Invoice for Wire transfer" fee and every other bank clearly mentions what the charges and fees are for but not this bank. Stay away from this bank.

I had a big problem as a result of my US Bank ATM card getting stolen and some fraudulent charges. With no luck getting a resolution on the phone, I had to stop my branch in Henderson. The staff was great and Lucy Urquilla in particular was patient and helpful in resolving my issue.

Failed to read the reviews before scheduling an appointment. I was there early and waited 7 minutes past my appointment time before leaving because it didn’t seem like it was happening anytime soon. I was annoyed that there were other employees there that could’ve helped me. No one came to tell me sorry for the delay or someone would be with me shortly. Took time to make the appointment but no reciprocation from them.

I have been a customer of U.S.Bank, since the late 1990's. I remember when there business motto was "5-star service guarantee", and there were posters around the branch depicting this...I remember by-passing the ATM, just to go in and see a friendly face and a nice conversation. I have been a customer of this branch since 2015, and none of the above business practices are taught or in place. My wife & I avoid going inside unless we have too (usually the ATM is down). After a recent visit, and being confronted by a rude teller, I decided to contact the branch manager, with a complaint. We (the manager & I) talked about a struggling business and a "revolving door of employees". She conveyed (redirected), to me that I should consider re-diversifying my assets with their "Wealth Management Services"....(?) Reading these reviews we can tell there's a problem, and apparently there is no end in sight. RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE: If I talked to the Branch Manager, why would I talk to a "Ambassador"- Declined-

Friendly staff, but 1 teller and several staff on the phone instead of helping those that attend in-person (6 in line, 19 minutesso far).... This is why online banking is the better choice whenever possible!!!

This is the greatest branch for US Bank. Everybody is so friendly and a special shout out to Edel Valdes Sid. During a difficult transaction Edel stepped up to the plate and gave us 150% to get things done. I hope the bank knows how lucky they are to have him!!!
