Worst experience I’ve ever had at any bank. The bank teller “Angela” needs to be terminated or retire already. I work in the same plaza and always go to deposit the money for the business I work for, every time I get Angela, she has an issue with the money that’s being given to her. Last time she said she can’t stand having to count the coins and that she will speak to my manager about having to count the coins. If you don’t want to count money, MAYBE YOU SHOULD’NT BE WORKING AT A BANK. Then yesterday, she was claiming that I purposely gave her DIRTY MONEY. She started yelling at me in front of her coworker Lily who seemingly did nothing to help the situation. Also, in front of other customers claiming that “the least you can do is wipe down the money before passing it onto someone else”. Unfortunately it was the weekend, so no manager was on duty. I’ve never had anyone ever tell me that money is supposed to be wiped down, especially not at a BANK! I told her I do not go through all of the cash and coins that goes into the deposits of the business I work for, I only bring them to the bank. And her response was I didn’t need to take it so personally. I think it was more personal to her than anything! What a manipulative, gaslighter, narcissistic, selfish, inconsiderate, and rude person! You cannot treat people like that! If you don’t like your job, GET A NEW ONE, YOU DON’T HAVE TO MAKE EVERYBODYS ELSE’S LIFE MISERABLE LIKE YOURS!

I had an amazing experience with this bank and I want to take the time to shout out Lily! She is amazing in what she does, extremely friendly, I felt very at ease and she went beyond and above to make sure that I had the easiest and efficient service. Give this girl a raise! ?❤️Thank you Lily!

Worst experience ever with management Brielle Brownlee. There is ZERO customer service. ZERO. Go in happy, leave unhappy and dissatisfied. Do NOT bank with this company. Brielle is evil human being with no intelligence and cold as a stone. She needs to get another job or stay behind closed doors.

Brielle was extremely rude! I brought a check for cash and she needed all my private information and when I asked why it's a check made to CASH she was extremely rude maybe she needs a training 101 and I was charades to cash the check even tho we have a company account we still had to pay a fee. US Bank should be out of business they are worthless and they can't wire and if they do it takes 2 weeks to receive a wire. When I have to deal with people like Brielle is even worse because of her lack of professionalism and her entitlement of she is right! Disgusting and all US Banks should be shut down.

Their ATM stole $125 from me, wouldn't give it back, and instead of the in-store team solving this problem in a timely fashion, I'm forced to call a number to file a claim. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will be switching to Chase over it. I was stolen from.

I'm giving overall review of this bank to be 4 could have given it a 5 but being since had experienced couple of times what US Bank have done to my account draft payments was forced to open another account then didn't realize where this draft payment was going to the wrong account which would bounce back to merchant resulting in nonpayment. Omar helped me to get this going with account clarification. He's pretty super about getting back to his customers but the US Bank closest to me, located on 10506 S Eastern Ave, Henderson, NV, are not good like him. What does that tell you about services done to us from one location bank to another?

The only ATM at this location is out of order about half the time. Get another ATM or keep the single ATM you have functioning, US Bank!

This location is extremely close to understaffed, at least the act like they are. Every time I come in to this location the line is through the door and it's always 25 minutes to get checked by a teller. The only reason they have a 3 star is because when you finally reach the teller they are very kind employees and always are very helpful. The cost of kindness and time of wait for said help is a little over bearing and worth stopping else where to do your banking needs.

I have been with US bank for years and never had issues. Once I moved to Vegas and started coming to this branch it has been nothing but extreme wait times. Every week I come in and another client is upset with the employees because of poor customer service. I have noticed the employees have been nice to me which is the only reason I'm giving the two stars. I plan on closing my bank account here because there should be no reason for my family to wait 40 minutes to withdraw cash because the atm is down. My husband has been wanting to close his account due to the same issues. They should hire more or train the current employees to work faster. I have worked at two banks and there is no reason people should be lined up out the door like this. Very sad.
