A old man fell down, got hurt, and could not get back up. Instead of helping him they yelled at him to get up and stop blocking the door and whispered about him in front of his face. Disgusting behavior.

The staff don’t respect the customers who are in the store before closing time.They stressed me to hurry up and write the address and drop off the mail.They even didn’t let me to answer my phone that it was an urgent call and told me that we are closing we don’t have time,hurry up.
The staff are not helpful and patient.I won’t come to this location anymore.

drop box is either jammed or locked after hours. i couldn’t come during normal hours since i work during the day so i arrived at this usps around 7pm to drop off a package that’s already been labeled for shipping. their outside box only has an opening big enough for regular mail so i had to go inside to use the large drop box. the drop box is either jammed or locked because it doesn’t budge when you use the handle to open it. it’s stuck and unmovable. i could hear staff inside and someone definitely could hear me struggling and calling the customer service line on speaker for help — yet no one bothered to unjam or unlock the drop box! i was inside for 20 minutes trying to figure out how to open it to no avail. i won’t even try my luck again next time and will go somewhere else, what a waste of time.

Mailbox rates are getting ridiculously expensive! If you’re thinking about signing up for a post office box at this location, be aware that they raise their monthly mailbox rates frequently. It keeps going up every 3 months. The current rate for the “smallest” mailbox as I write this review is $71 every three months. It will increase after 7/30/2025. May as well use UPS store. Some companies offer a mailbox rental for only $10 monthly.

I was out of state and got a notification that a package was sent back to the shipper since due to “insufficient address” so i called and got ahold of the supervisor Logan, he got ahold of the carrier and put the package on hold, told me it would be available to be picked up when i got back and i even reviewed the notification on the tracking stating it was ready for pick up, but today when i go in to receive my package the lady tells me its not in the post office, i call Logan and he blames someone else for shipping my package, and to just contact the shipper “since it was there fault to begin with” my question is why my package was even sent back to begin with when it was on hold at my post office!? Do people not follow orders and just do what they please at this location!?

Front desk associate Argola or Angola was very rude and disrespectful. When I was called next I’m line she gave me so much attitude. All other patrons in line she was pleasant to except for me. She definitely needs additional training on customer service. Please advise how this situation will be taken care of. This is unacceptable behavior.

There are some very unhappy people that work here they are completely rude and not accommodating charging me four dollars to get two pieces of tape because they don’t tape here supposedly. So I took my package back and they ripped off the label. I will not give this place one single cent. Rude avoid this USPS store. Losers!

I went there to buy some specialty stamps for my wife. She makes her own greeting cards and needs to use the non-machining stamps. The line/wait was very long because they only employ 2 people (but they have 4 registers). When I asked for a sheet the non-machinable stamps the guy disappeared for a few minutes and returned with a sheet with one missing and a single stamp. I assumed he sold me a complete sheet but when I got home one whole row was missing. I looked at my receipt and he sold me 16 stamps for the price of 20! I tried calling the location but of course they didn't answer!
