3 other people in line this morning including myself all there to complain about missing or not scanned in boxes of high dollar amounts from the 17th!? Somebody here is stealing packages

There was a line of people and the man who helped me rushed me through the entire process saying ‘I got you’ WELL HE DIDNTInstead of letting me review the addresses he was typing to confirm the to and from were correct he just shoved me along and now the package was sent back to MY address and I just had to resend it and REPAY cause he couldn’t take two seconds to let me review my information.I’ve been to post offices that have lines out the door and haven’t been treated like that.Thanks for nothing - go to a different post office or tell whoever the hell you talk to to pause regardless if there’s a line cause they aren’t being paid to pay attention to detail yall

Another person to add to this. Had Kyle “assist” me with a package. Asked several times if he needed to see the name and address typed out just in case he couldn’t read my hand writing, as well as asking if it was going through correctly and the like… only to have the package never get to the intended place and just barely make it back to me after 4 months. International shipping is too expensive for this to be happening, management stood by his mess up and refused to assist me further with it or speak to the post master. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but if it takes 3 visit for you to not accept responsibility for a clerk who is causing costly issues for more people than me I can’t blame it on busy location.

Kyle doesn't know what customer service is. He needs to be moved to another sector where he has no contact with customers. No matter what time of the day you go there he is rude. After multiple complaints Kyle should be retrain or fired.

I always have my packages already printed for shipping, all I ever had to do was go in the post office and put them in the hamper and they are taken and scanned… well on Jan 17,2024 I had 5 packages going out 1 package had a battery sticker on it , isn’t it funny out of my 5 packages that was the only one that wasn’t scanned, yes I had a lap top that I was sending my granddaughter cause I got a new one .. the clerks knew what was in there with the battery lable and weight … so I went into the post office today Jan 22,2024 , for 2 reasons … did a request for a pick up for packages at my home, yes no one picked them up, this happens all the time and does the post office care no cause their carriers are lazy…. Also was telling the clerk what went on with my package not being scanned , so the clerk next to the one I was talking to said really loud I stole your package , he probably did , he’s arrogant and not a nice person … after waiting 35 min for a supervisor who never came to the door .. I left .., nice service .. they think they got away with it but they didn’t God will take care of them …

If I could rate the TWO Henderson post offices -10 stars I would. No wonder ANOTHER government run facility is bankrupt or near it more often than not. Went to use the SELF SERVE KIOSK at Seven Hills location. Supposed to be open 7 days a week. Get there and the doors are LOCKED. Searched for the next closest self service kiosk and it was the Horizon Ridge location so I drove to that location. GOOD NEWS, the doors are wide open. Proceeded to weigh and pay for my flat rate package, affixed the postage and turned around to drop the box in the drop off in the wall. Guess what's LOCKED!!!! I will NEVER send another package through the USPS again. FedEx and UPS will get my business moving forward. Now I have to make a THIRD trip to one of your poorly managed facilities to drop off this package. Well done USPS, WELL DONE!! What a CIRCUS!!

they don’t take cash any more so no money orders from the post office any more love to stand in a long line to find out they don’t take cash welcome to america, they also don’t tell you till you get to the front of the line, and they have two ppl who don’t know any thing about this kind of job working
