I am still giving this 1 star for the service department not the sales or anything. Ever since we got the BMW they did tell us that they will fix the headlights on the Monday back on May at the end of the month. So they got the headlights on June but they told me they got the wrong headlights. So I was like all good I'll come back the week after. Got it into service and Blake told me 1 headlights was right but the other is wrong. So I'm like this is ridiculous. So he gave me a rental. So they got the parts for the headlight and stuff. They got one headlight programmed but the other side isn't able to be programmed. Mind you this I had the rental for a month already. Called today which is July 16th. Blake has not given me updates because 2 weeks ago I suppose to get the car but instead they are unable to fix the car. My choices were for them to keep fixing the headlights or send to BMW dealership. I got super annoyed that I told him you guys are not making me happy so just send to BMW. So 2 weeks later apparently they sent our car to BMW to get it fixed. Called today which is July 16th and asked Blake for updates. He said he will get it but did I get a call back? Hell no I didn't get any updates. Feels like I'm annoying them but what i want now is a free gas up for 1 year if possible, a huge discount to the car if possible. It is ridiculous that they are not giving me any updates and I have to call them for the car.

A pleasure to work with. When some staffing trouble prevented Paul's Mobile Detailing from being able to come clean our RV before it was due back to the rental place, Paul's graciously offered to pay for the entire cleaning fee assessed by the RV rental company. That was incredibly kind and shows Paul's wants to be a long-term ally for RV renters and owners.

I've had so many issues with this dealership and I should have known better than to trust them from the start. This is continuation if my original review on yelp 5/26/2020.In this case, this morning on my way to work my tire was marking low pressure. I discovered a nail in it so I took it to Costco. This is where I was told that they couldn’t patch it because the tire was over 9 years old. They also informed me it was unsafe for a vehicle to be on the road with tires over 6 years old. So at this point I’m having a hard time understanding why I was sold a vehicle in such condition. This entire situation is beginning to feel even more unsettling as issues continue to come up and it hasn’t even been a year since the purchased date. At this time I’m just having trouble understanding why this is all happening. Especially since I did confirm with Cristian and Steve that the car had a 1 year warranty through your dealership. They reassured me the car was put through multiple inspections and that everything was in working condition where I shouldn’t have to have any major repairs or switch anything out for at least 3 years. I also chose to add a warranty that would cover the remainder 2 years. To summarize, I trusted this lot to sell me something safe and reliable that I would feel comfortable in. I chose Chrysler because I wanted somewhere that valued costumer service as life errands can be tedious and having a courteous and welcoming experience can make all the difference in someone’s day. At this point I am honestly beyond upset. If the tires would have been sold to me in the condition I was told to “trust” I could have simply stopped by Costco, gotten a quick patch and been on my way to class. What happened, I showed up to discovered it couldn’t even be serviced because the tires are too worn & they don’t even have them in stock. So now instead of being in class taking my State Board prep I’m at home typing this up because if I don’t have a “justified reason” to miss class I can’t graduate when I’m supposed to.
