Ordered from online website after seeing the reviews I got kinda nervous they exceeded my expectations with super fast shipping from Vegas to Florida called earlier tonight guy was super friendly and helpful it was here when I got home even though the tracking didn’t update definitely will be buying more stuff from the site if I ever get to Vegas I’ll stop by. Worst retail store ever so so rude...they are so unprofessional, trying to sell product which one doesn't even work...I don't recommend Vape Street to no one!!!! Very bad ? ? ?

Came in a few minutes before close and they couldn’t accept card & the ATM machine did not work. They said they only took cash doesn’t really make any sense. One of the guys had a big studs in his ear if the owner is reading. Ridiculous

Been vaping since 2013 and been a Vape Street customer for over 7 years, there's no other place to shop other than online. Most the employees have been in the industry since vaping took off so they know what they're talking about and really friendly. They have an amazing rewards program, better than any vape store, a wide selection of products, a chill atmosphere, they just got it all. They even carry a lot of common cannabis related goods.Noting the reviews saying their prices online didn't match in store, it's because it's a whole different storefront that doesn't run out of the Henderson location. It's unfortunate when they have deals you can only get online, but it's not worth making a huge fuss about.

Used to be my go-to place. Eyed their selection online and was going to be charged twice for an adult signature fee for one order. Decided to just go to the store. The product in store is $30 more and they will not honor the online price. Employee tried to tell me that was due to shipping. No longer trust this place for business.
