If you want to waste your time, come to this store even if you have an appointment. Very bad service

Verizon and Jake K., Specialist at 1351 W. Sunset Blvd., Ste. 120 in Henderson, NV absolutely ROCK! I recently visited this store to get help with getting a new physical SIM card and transferring data from my Moto G Stylus 5G (2022) that I purchased from Verizon two years ago to my new Stylus 5G (2024). My entire experience from the moment I walked into the store and was cheerfully greeted by Jake K. to my departure was the most pleasant and flawless customer service experience I can remember since buying my first cell phone back in the early 1990s. Jake was very attentive and quick to address my questions, while quickly getting my new phone working perfectly with the new SIM card and all of the old data perfectly preserved.

The service is fine until you have an issue. If you have an issue don't expect to be able to talk to anyone so you can get help with whatever the problem is. The service on my phone just shut off one day even though the bill was paid up to date and after a week still had no service. I canceled over this and the lady said it would be $108 because I wasn't late and I had already paid for the month and that would have been the next months payment. They charge me $262.93 which is more than double what they said when I canceled. I pay $62.93 so they will give me a few weeks and not send it to collections because I haven't been able to talk to anyone or look at my account or anything until they sent me a paper bill 3 months later. They still send it to collections and never take off the $60 from my bill so I could pay the rest. I try to talk to someone at Verizon but they just forward me to the collections agency. The support and chat function on the website don't work and I can no longer find a email just the mailing address and the sophisticated AI phone system that puts you on hold for 15 minutes before even letting you talk to a real person. This is one of the scummiest companies to deal with and you pay twice as much as everyone else for this horrible service.

First time I’ve been into a Verizon store where they could do everything I needed. Very satisfied with my visit. I will be going back if I need anything in the future

It takes forever here. One hour for one customer. Been here twice and im always on second line but they need at least an hour before proceeding to the next customer. So you have to sacrifice your day and patience here but not for me. Never going back!

There’s absolutely no service after the sale. And good luck trying to talk to somebody. Very disappointing.

Avoid This Scam Company!
I visited their store to test their phone signal and was told they didn’t have a scratch SIM. Instead, they advised me to open a new account and cancel within three days if it didn’t work, promising I wouldn’t be charged. I tested the signal, found it poor, and canceled immediately. The customer service rep confirmed I wouldn’t be billed.
A month later, I got a bill, and when I called to dispute it, they insisted I had to pay. I refused, but then they sent my account to a debt collector! Now I’m being harassed over a charge I shouldn’t owe. This company is dishonest and predatory—avoid them at all costs!

A Verizon door to door salesman came and gave me a free trial for home Internet. It was bad. I attempted to give it back but Verizon wouldn't accept their modem back and are now sending me to collections for it. Incompetence or purposeful scummy tactics? I'm not sure but I'm positive no one should give business here.

I had a horrible experience yesterday when attempting to switch to Verizon as my new phone carrier! I had Juan at first to help me get a new phone and new line. He had no idea what he was doing as he asked when I wanted to trade in my iPhone 13 for a new iPhone. I trusted him as the professional to take care of me and guide me, he had my “erase this device” from find my iPhone as my first step so we could initiate the trade in. Which I don’t know why that was one of the first steps, I trusted him to help me, instead I lost all of my photos, videos, contacts and text messages. My photos and videos of my pregnancy, birth, first baby’s milestones and so much more! I was completely in tears upset just for him to basically dismiss my feelings and say I should be able to recover from iCloud which was not properly backing up hence the new phone as well and additional storage. There is no way to retrieve this now! This has put me in a terrible mental state now and after talking to manager Sky she also didn’t seem sensitive to my situation and dismissive. I only felt the little glimpse of sensitivity with Jake who helped me towards the end finalize my purchase but with no way was I recovering any of that. I’m so upset

When I asked for a business card the manager actually asked why I wanted one. When I told him that it was so I knew what name to write down, all the sudden he had no cards. He would only write his first name on a sticky note and refused to provide a last name on the sticky note saying "You don't need it". The customer service skills here are not up to the normal Verizon standards I've experienced for years. I would suggest visiting a different Verizon store to get the assistance needed.

I was contacted by a store employee the day after I added a line to my account. Due to an error on their end, I was asked to return to the store to reapply a promotional discount that had been removed due to employee error. I was also informed by the associate, Randy, that an inconvenience credit would be applied to my account for my time. Upon my arrival, it quickly became clear that my presence and physical debit card were not needed to resolve the issue. I spent time waiting for answers but was not utilized in any way; this situation could have been handled over the phone. This visit required me to waste not only my gas and valuable time but also to bring my two small children out on a cold evening when I didn't even need to be in the store. When I asked to speak with a manager, the staff became dismissive and did not offer any apologies or inconvenience credits for my time, despite what had been mentioned in our initial conversation. I was told they were unable to apply any credits to the account due to a previous credit already applied for the activation fee. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer interactions. This is the worst experience I have had with a corporate store as a Verizon customer. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This location refused to support one of our employees on a Business account because the main office or account holder is in WI. If you are a business customer, avoid this location; the staff has no clue about customer service or supporting business customers. This is the first time in five years that I have not been able to get an employee help in the field.

Too slow with the service, they make a lot of mistakes. You can lose part of the day for something so simple. They lie to you to get the commissions, especially Randy and the business manager.
